Posted: 4/21/04 at 9:18pmRebecca Luker is not only too old, but WAY too BORING. I've just never gotten anything but "blah" from her. And trust me, I WANT to love any legit sopranos still workin it on the Broadway stage. There are so few!

Songstress,
I agree 100 % with you. She is so dull. I think if they ever paired her up with Greg Edelman in a show it would be the biggest breakthrough for those that can't sleep. The poor woman can't act. And when she tries her neck always looks like every vain is about to explode. That and she is definitely a hussy.

Actually, considering that Kate Reinders will now be out of a job come June (lol get it...June)
, why not! I bet she could play the role.
Or even Jennifer Cody.

BrooklynsChild: agree w/ you completely! Lisa Brescia would be prefect in the role. Is she young enough? i saw her in AIDA last week - her picture looks older than she reads on stage and i was front row so im sure if she looked old to anyone in the theatre it would be me!

That's partially where my mind was... when saying that. Not to mention she's an incredibly talented woman. She's gonna amount to something, I have my money on it. Wicked would be a great career move for her, if given the opportunity. Not to mention that she's absolutly delicious :) *g*
