prouvaire I also got a signed playbill from Curious Incident today. I also got a signed playbill back from Phantom. I sent it about a month and a half ago, so I was hoping it would have Sierra in it but it didn't. It is still nice to have one with Norm Lewis.

I just got some fan mail from Tiffany Haas! She sent back the playbill I sent her personalized to me with the sweetest note! She also apologized for responding so late ( I sent to her about 2 months ago) so she sent me two personalized photos of her as Glinda.

I got a great reply from Alice Ripley today! I sent the fallowing:
- Next to Normal souvenir program
- Rocky Horror souvenir program
- Rocky Horror CD cover
- Some photos
She sent them all back signed. And on the souvenir programs she went through and wrote little notes that are hilarious!!! It's so awesome! Just an example: In the Rocky Horror program she wrote "Sexy M.F." On one of the Frank photos! Cracks me up!
She also included a little note saying thanks for the love. Such an amazing reply! I lover her so much! It took a little over a month for those who are curious.
Checked te mail today to find responses from Wicked LLC and Gentleman's Guide!
From Wicked LLC I got:
- Mary Testa signed photo
- Christine Dwyer signed photo
- Lindsay Mendez signed photo
- Kyle Dean Massey signed photo
My responce from Gentleman's Guide is very odd. I sent it about 4 months ago. I had included my Ghost playbill for Bryce to sign. As many have said they respond EXTREMEMLY quickly so I had come to terms with the fact that it had most likely gotten lost in the mail. So somehow or anther I think my letter ended up going directly to Bryce because I opened it to find my Ghost playbill and my Ghost postcard. But no Gentleman's Guide playbill. Bryce left a sweet note on the post card. So I guess I did not have success with Gentleman's Guide, but I did have success with Bryce Pinkham? The reason it is odd to me is because I addressed it and wrote the letter to the stage manager. Nevertheless, I am very happy! I think I will try again for a Gentleman's Guide playbill though!

I sent to On the Town right after they started previews and today I got a letter requesting a $10 donation for a cast signed playbill. I might write a letter to Jackie Hoffman now since I didn't get the response I was looking for from the stage manager.
A 10 dollar donation is too much?

No not really. I would just rather not have to spend that much money on a playbill when I could possibly get it cheaper somewhere else. I know it goes to BCEFA and I have purchased things on Broadway Cares website before, but I am trying to save as much money as I can to be able to go back to New York next year for the Broadway Flea Market. Also, I have been wanting to write to Jackie Hoffman for awhile and was going to wait until the show started performances.
Got a reply from Audra McDonald today! She signed the pictures I sent and she gave me a signed Lady Day playbill!
I wrote to On the Town too... I expected to get a letter requesting a donation in light the post by Broadwaygirl, but today I got a Playbill!!
ETA: Looking at the stage management crew, I'm not surprised they are asking donations. The other shows they worked on either asked for donations (like Annie) or didn't do fan mail, at least to my knowledge (like Nice Work if You Can Get It and Let it Be)
