John O'Hurley would have done a great voice.
Ok, so the "annoying little wizard boy" comment was indeed childish, but it was just a way of me saying I don't care to see Radcliffe either.
But you'd prefer some recurring characterer from Glee or a Jonas Brother?
Anyway, I think J. Petermann, err, John O'Hurley would be an excellent replacement for Larroquette, and if they got a large enough name for Finch, would probably be just fine.
How about Robert Morse?
John O'Hurley just played Biggley in the Reprise! production of the show in L.A. opposite Josh Grisetti, Nicole Parker, and Vicki Lewis. He was great.
I wouldn't mind getting a chance to see Nicole Parker's Rosemary.

Oh man, bring Vicki Lewis into it as well and I am there.
I love the idea of J. K. Simmons. He'd certainly get me to go back.

It won't happen, but I think Kelsey Grammer would make an excellent Biggley.
I hear Tom Wopat will be available...
Huey Lewis could be interesting
Grammer, Hyde-Pierce, or O'Hurley would all be well suited as well.
the robert morse idea is brilliant!!
since Rudy Vallee isn't available.
I spoke to Robert Morse about this once, he said he would never do another production of How to Succeed in any way, shape or fashion. "Too many fond memories of the show."
Love the J.K. Simmons idea.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Criss is only in for a strictly limited engagement, right? Any idea who will be Finch #3?
What about Jeff McCarthy? Or Terrence Mann? And James Barbour's available now.

Would Greg Jbara leave Billy Elliot?
Not that Morse would actually happen, but I can't see him being a good Biggely. He's a genius actor, but he's quite old, and I don't think he'd want to play such a physical part 8 times a week.
Gregory is leaving next month, I believe.
Kelsey Grammer would never do the show. The way things go, we'll get Tony Danza.
"If Marc Kudisch were ten years older, he'd be perfect. "
Marc was at the show just the other night to see it. I wonder if he was checking it out?

Obvious no-go for a number of reasons, but Alec Baldwin would be a good time.
Am I the only one who finds Broderick one of the most boring actors around? He was a wonderful juvenile. Since then, and including his Finch .... bleh.
I spoke to Greg Jbara a few weeks ago. He said he's moving back to LA as soon as his contract is up and probably won't be back on Broadway for a bit. That said, he's not really right for Biggley.
Henrik, I share your feelings on Broderick. The only work he's done in his adult career that I really liked was ELECTION.
Simmons is inspired casting.
