Wait a minute! Where is the praising???!! Do I need to make another wonderful post praising Marc? Maybe a poem this time or a sonnet!!! I'll take suggestions...
My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...
Look what I stumbled across... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher

Such AMAZING news that you can now buy this as part of the Standing Ovations dvd..now my Mom can watch it, I better tell her to lay off the merlot and valium for a few days!
I am VERY jealous of your clever use of the ~'s in your name
who knew you could use symbols?!
why, my screen name could have been...
(note from Marc: at his point in my original posting, I spelled my name out ever so cleverly with the different symbols one can get on a Mac by pushing the option key...unfortunately, these did not translate into the board...I am very sorry you had to witness all this) Updated On: 6/17/04 at 11:37 PM

And he addressed me by name, too! (well, sorta. by screen name, at least. it means he knows who I am. and sorta cares. And even if it doesn't, let me live in my little fantasy world.)
I think my life just reached a whole new plateau of importance.
Marc, you are beyond worthy of the tilde, and any other symbols you ever wish to use.
Would like to point out that I even joined the boards a day before DollyPop, and I wasn't mentioned.
No biggie. That cracked me up!!
GOOD MORNING, BROADWAYWORLD!
Namo and Voiceanth need credentials! ROFL!
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I'd like to give a dash of praise to Master Shaiman, the "Hairspray Playbill" moment in "The Stepford Wives" is AMAZING...time to upload the video again....
And another bump up to the top so I can agree with Eddie that the scene in Stepford Wives is priceless. The Divine Miss M clutching the "Hairspray" playbill--what a great touch! :o) Marc ya musta loved how that looked!
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?
