oh, finally! when the new site was first put up, you could send e-cards that had [title of show] images, but all the text was about In the Heights. the coming soon page was promptly put up...

Good episode as usual, Sean! I had gotten behind - I had to watch episode 8 and the Tony special, too, both of which were also good. :)

It should be interesting to see where I end up- Clearly I have my laptop with me for the journey! (Google maps is quite handy, and it's still pretty gusty up here in the air...why didn't I invest in a GPS device though...)

I can't wait to see what [tos] does for Merchandise- maybe I'll be able to update my homemade T-Shirt costume for the real deal!

I wore the costume t-shirt to my show I was just in the other day for luck and a terrible thing happened! I got stage make up all over Jeff!!!!!!

It didn't all wash out either, so I'm in two minds about whether I make a new one...or whether I buy one on release.

Any opinions?

It's a crazy time for the [title of show] people! Has anyone noticed how many events they've just done?

It's even busy for Kris (one of the producers) out here, he's been working on the Melbourne verison of WICKED which kicked of it's previews last night. It opens a few days before [title of show] opens and he's rushing back to NY for the [tos] opening after the WICKED one! Crazy month, they're scheduled very close together!

So now you've all talked about trying to get to the previews and stuff, but how many of you are going during the actual season- because I want [tos] to still be there when I arrive!!!!

So in honor of JuLyceum AND the first preview on Saturday this week (SO EXCITED TO GO!) I created a little poster. First, some background, one of the Shapusens (who also post on here) had a dream she saw Patti LuPone in The Lion King. It inspired me to create Broadway posters featuring Patti LuPone starring in the musical, just like "Patti LuPone Gypsy." My latest one is something familiar, and maybe my favorite one yet:

I get to see it 2 days before previews!!

Seriously ya'll the tickets fell into my lap from thin air. Some may call it a nice gesture from a Boss who doesnt want them, but I like to think of it as kismet!

Plus...We work next door to the theatre. =)
