- SPELLING BEE: Near the ending of "The I Love You Song"; I don't even have to specify, because I know you all know what I'm talking about. That one haunting note. You know it.
- SPAMALOT: The very end of "Not Yet Dead", when they say, well... "Not yet dead!" Haha, I just love it. Really nice.
- URINETOWN: The acapella part of "I See A River". Very nice.
- AVENUE Q: "I Wish I Could Go Back To College." If you really listen to it, it's got a great harmony.
- SECRET GARDEN: The end of "Lily's Eyes." Gives me chills.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton, though.
That last part in "Follow Your Heart" from Urinetown
..."No meaness or sadness, just laughter and gladness" SO GOOD.

Def the harmony during Our Prayer, in the color purple
The harmony in the NYTW Rent version of "Goodbye Love" ("I can't believe this is goodbye") gives me chills. It's such a hauntingly cool transition into the rest of the song.

There are endless lists of absolutely incredible ones, most of them listed on here. But currently, listening to the D'Armano brothers from The Wild Party, they are a great duo! I love their songs and Nathan Lee Graham and Michael McElroy are so talented.
I second "Follow Your Heart" from Urinetown.
"No anger or badness, just laughter and GLADNESS!"
My friend and I always belt it out on the street. haha.
A lot of good ones have been said.
I love harmony and one of my favorites is during those 2 lines of close harmony in "Some Things Are Meant to Be" in Little Women! LOVE it!!

ANYTHING disonant.
The Meek Shall Inherit--You know the meek they're gonna get what's coming to 'em BYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" (the last time on the OBC--earGASMic).
The finale in All Shook Up, but only when it was live.
I also like it when there is a lot of harmony and everyone uses vibrato, ie "Joyful, Joful" from sister act--basically anything gospel choir-y. Mmmmmmmmm, harmony.
what a great thread, harmonies are the best!
I think my favorite right now would be at the end of 'way back to paradise' from Marie Christine. I'm also in love with the harmonies in The Color Purple (Our Prayer, What About Love, & Brown Betty... "DOOOON'T matter if she")

Cant Help Fallin In Love- All Shook Up.
All Shook Up- All Shook Up.
No Mourns The Wicked- Wicked.
Seasons of Love- Rent.
Finale B- Rent.
From Les Mis, the harmony at the very end with Eponine and Fantine..."Take my hand and lead me to salvation..." oh my gosh, the best.
Also:
"Prologue" from Ragtime
"I wish i could go back to college"- Avenue Q (computer lab section!)
"Make Him Mine" from Witches of Eastwick
"Without You" from Rent- specifically the section that they sing "blue..only blue...lonely blue" oh MAN love it.
"So strong" w/ ensemble from Wicked's What Is This Feeling
during "Miss Baltimore Crabs", there's a cool one when the sensemble joins in.
Little Shop has some crazy harmonies for Crystal, Ronette, and Chiffon, that I LOVE.
The final "No day but doay" form RENT rocks too.
MISS SAIGON - "A sooong played on a solo saxaphone" - essence of romance, and I don't even love the show.

Two songs from movies that have great harmonies:
"I Will Follow Him" the Sister Act version that starts out all slow and ballady and then picks up in the middle.
and "I Say a Little Prayer": the dinner table singalong from My Best Friend's Wedding. Sure, it's mostly in unison, but some of them if you listen hard enough are going "Forever (ever) and ever (ever) you've stayed in my heart and I will love you/Forever (ever) and ever (ever)..." So fun! I wish I could've been at that shoot.
