BEACHES has been around since 2015 when they did it in Chicago. I think they've done nearly a half a dozen productions of it, most recently in Canada last year.

It will be interesting to see if they cancel the already announced tour and go for an open run or if this really just is a spring/summer hype up and then sent it on its way.

This is absolutely The Fear Of 13 given the character descriptions. Likely just a smokescreen LLC to keep it under wraps. See it all the time.

I mean he did an interview where he said he was ready for a break from theatre and that only a unique piece like EBT that he couldnt pass up on made him rethink.

Surely Deuteronomy is featured. He doesn't even show up till the last song of act 1."
I think that’s the inference - Because Uranowitz wasn’t petitioned to Featured, short of another bombshell performance entering that category,

The whole show takes place on a turn table center stage. I can't imagine any seat is obstructive other that one scene in act 2 where there is essentially a wall that goes down the center of the turn table but it's just one song and you'd just miss the person on the other side. I truly wouldn't worry about any obstructions.

I'll do a full write up in the morning but this was pretty exceptional. Very few notes. Unless Lost Boys is amazing or Button transfers I don't really see anything topping this.

True but when 3 separate voting bodies all vote one way (or, against one way I should say), then I think we can start keying into it. If they were all going different directions, of course one award body is not a precursor of the tonys.
