Broadway Flash said: "Why is this allowed?? Why would they let everyone jump ship at the end?"
It's called HAVING A JOB! You seem to forget that actors like John rely on jobs like this to help pay their bills, as living in NYC ain't cheap! That's showbusiness for ya!

MCNEAL Previews Sep 4

I'll be there on Saturday! Looking forward to it. I don't know how the stage door is gonna be. I sincerely doubt Robert will come out. Even if he does, he likely won't stop to sign but I could be wrong. Either way, this will be my last show in NYC for a while. Hope it's good!

I mean, when I saw it, there were so many teen girls in the audience who were just screaming over the good-looking muscular guys. No surprise that it is getting hype just like Newsies, but that was on a completely different level.

I wonder if the West End Next to Normal could be occupying the Schoenfeld. That would be a good house if they aim to transfer in the Spring.

It's unfortunate that the cast will soon be out of a job, but that's show business, I guess. I'm looking forward to seeing it next weekend. I, too, think it will do well on tour, and I am keeping my fingers crossed for a West End transfer so that my London friends can see it.

'CATS: The Jellicle Ball' at PAC reviews Aug 26

I'm late posting my thoughts, as I saw this a couple of weeks ago, but OH MY FREAKING GOD was this EXTRAORDINARY! Probably the best show (musical or play) that I have seen all year! Honestly, I never want to see CATS again unless it is this version. The cast and the crowd really make this a true spectacle! The energy is OFF THE CHARTS! I really hope a transfer can happen at some point. This would work well at Circle after R+J is done. Keeping my fingers crossed so that more people ca

Great casting but Chekov plays are just not for me. Wonder how this will compare to Jamie Lloyd's production with Emilia Clarke.

I heard a couple of months back that is the plan for this season."
Would this go in the booth?"
It would make sense as it is: 1.) the OG Home of N2N and 2.) similar in capacity with the Wyndhams in London. I am sure the creative team wants a small, intimate venue for this production.

They probably recorded it already, as Cassie said in a post on Instagram today that she's leaving soon after the show ends. Her kids are heading back to the States for school. I also wonder if we could possibly be waiting till the show transfers to New York (if it does), kinda like what Sunset is doing right now.

And I’m waiting on a cast recording. I’m losing hope."
I have no idea why they have not announced it yet. Maybe we will get it after it closes? Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the OG West End cast of Heathers not release a cast album till months after it closed?

Really hope SUFFS can hold on through the election as they’re counting on that.
I’m pleased to see Stereophonic continue to play to sold out houses!
As others have said, I can’t see The Notebook making it through the fall.

Lincoln center will get a new leader Aug 10

Broadway Flash said: "Excuse me mods, it is a well known fact that Lincoln center is a high target for terrorists. That is not controversial, that is a fact. They are always trying to go after cultural institutions. On the anniversary of 9/11 we should discuss that and make sure people remain vigilant, and deletingthis conversation is doing a disservice to New Yorkers and visitors."
For the love of god! GO AWAY!!!!!

She has a foreign policy background, and worked at DHS.I’m sick of these people coming in and not having any relevant experience. She’s probably barely walked in any of those theatres. Is it too much to ask for to get someone who actuallyknows what goes on? Apparently, she’s gonna build on the summer

Why is Finding Neverland never done? Aug 2

I saw the national tour 6 years ago, and it was not one of my favorites. It was practically boring if I am being honest. Good performances but very boring storyline and songs that did not really catch on.
