From what i have heard so far in regards to the new album, she is singing in a very comfortable range, and she sounds glorious in this range...the songs are very easy listening songs which are not really songs that move me, like her selection of songs she used to be able to belt...but that being said it is fabulous to have new music from Babs non the less...

what i found strange was what they tried to do with all the chorus singers/dancers...they certainly moved around a lot in unison  and i thought that was really weird as it wasn't choreographed well...but i did enjoy the LET IT GO number with the lights and costume change...

i have watched and listened to this version multiple times...it is divine, especially Adam Pascal singing "Pity the Child"

Bill Condon's direction for DREAMGIRLS was awful in the second act of the movie as it became all about Beyonce...let's hope this time he directs JLO to an Oscar nomination!

Agreed 100%...Adam was so sexy as well...but if he is now too old , then Adam Lambert for sure!

i saw this wonderfully delightful show last December and it was the most fun i have had in the theatre since SOMETHING ROTTEN...Andrew Rannells, and Josh Gad were a team made in musical theatre heaven!

well with all this mishegaus, i am still keeping my ticket for Dec, as i really believe that the show will go on so i want to make sure i do my part...

Sadly i have a second row center mezz. seat for Dec 18, evening performance...if anyone wants to buy this seat from me i will gladly accept offers...let me know...thanks!

while watching this episode, the 7th, i actually found myself saying "wow Patti can really act!"...I'm such a fan of her Broadway roles, but this really pleased me as well!

"I Have Dreamed"...is to me the most perfect R & H love song, and to have it cut from the most perfect film of The King & I was a major disappointment to me...i used to sing that song to myself dreaming of the man i wanted to have in my life..so yeah...a great loss...

From someone who really liked the movie The Warriors when it came out, to someone looking forward to whatever LMM wants to do next, these are exciting times for that someone...ME!!

Sondheim's ROADSHOW

I saw this amazingly sung show last week in London, and was blown away by the quality of all the voices, both male and female...CAISSIE LEVY got me sobbing out loud singing I MISS THE MOUNTAINS...whether or not this production moves on to Broadway, i am so glad i saw it here in London!
