I hope that’s a joke. The NY theatre community has a crazy and ample amount of talented singers and performers who can play Herbie.  I can already feel the sparks between Audra and Danny. Or Audra and Norbert. But Paul? I’ll be disappointed.

Can you imagine spending hundreds of dollars on tickets, hauling it to NY to see this thing and, instead of Odom, you get Noah?
 

That Platt thinks we’re as interested in his love life as he is only serves to underscore his detachment from reality.

If that’s what calls for use of the term electrocution, no wonder I’m (pause for a Beatrice Arthur beat) shocked.

That song is from the story of someone who has really lived. And lost. A lot. And has no self-esteem left. Platt has TOO MUCH self esteem. Perhaps this is why there seems to be no connection to the song? He doesn’t understand it?

8:20 AM and the Mezz looks nearly  completely unsold. They’ve released front row balcony, evidently, and there are now (lousy) orchestra seats where there were none at all this weekend.
