I saw a regional production of Ragtime a few years ago and the lady a few seats to my right kept looking at her program through-out the first act. I would focus something on a look like this! Maybe just have their faces large on each end of the poster, where it only shows half their faces each. More like a before and after, but teasing enough just to be curious to know what this is about. I think it would attract. If I knew how to do a Photoshop I would do one!

This was a good show (from what I heard and read) that deserved a longer run. I did have one question. Many folks on here said the design was brilliant and it was nothing like they have ever seen before. But, can someone tell me how the design and or direction differed from the Godspell Revival. If I watch clips from both shows, it almost seems like the same director touched both shows (though I know that it is not true). By the way I have not seen either show to the fullest ..just clips..so ...

I have always wanted to direct a movie version of Gypsy. Here is how I see "Rose's Turn". I want to some sort of fight between Louise and Mamma Rose (script change). As they verbally argue back and forth, Louise is getting ready to do another performance...Louise and Rose are still fighting as they walk on to the stage together,Rose walks on stage and sees the audience and freezes. Then, Louise and maybe some other women who are on stage (strippers) as well, are frozen and Rose is left on sta...

Each Presenter flys in for the entrance but get stuck half way to the stage...show holds for hours...and then only one award is finally presented.
