It was pleasant enough. Could have used about double Sally Ann Triplett. But I did find myself thinking we get maybe 2 Great Performance proshots a year and this is what they picked?

I would love a revival of Anyone Can Whistle with Radcliffe as Hapgood, Jinkx Monsoon as Cora, and someone like Joy Woods or Jasmine Amy Rogers as Fay.

 

I need the rumored CSC production of Anyone Can Whistle to coincide with this so I can knock them out in one trip. How exciting!!

What are the chances Taub is nominated for book/score but misses out on actress? Haven’t seen it yet but from what I’ve heard her performance is good but in a crowded year good might not cut it. Especially, if they have two other chances to award her.
