Question about Alternates
The Billy's were petitioned for them all to be nominated as one. The Michael went by the opening night credits, as did Sahr/Kevin. I can't help but wonder if the SPIDERMAN alternate is because Carney isn't a trained performer who could handle the demands of the score (is the score demanding?) 8x/wk.

For those who said they raised prices over 400%, that's technically untrue, as the initial run of tickets is subsidized by Time Warner. Yes Theatertrash, they do have the rest of the season, but one show is at the Public, the other doesn't start at the Peter Norton Space until April.
FAT PIG's Helen is....
Ashlie Atkinson was very heavy as HELEN in the original, especially compared to Keri Russell and eventual replacement Jessica Capshaw. This girl doesn't look particularly plus-sized, which could lead to an interesting, less literal take on the material: this production could focus on the power and impact of words and the mind's image, rather than physicality.
