Come clean A8. On your planet the best written TV show was Queen For a Day. Some poor misunderstood and needy housewife told her bitter story of disappointment and courage. She got a washing machine.

Friday Night Lights (except for that whole murder subplot...)
Oh, Friday Night Lights. How I miss you. I still can't believe something so beautifully written, acted and directed aired on network television. (Yeah, except for the murder subplot)
Friday Night Lights, of course. Lost (some of the time) and Fringe (most of the time). Firefly and some of Buffy. Currently, I think the best-written show on TV is definitely The Good Wife.
Naked City
The Defenders
East Side/West Side
I watch Friday Night Lights every year, then wait another year and watch it again. I will do this forever. The brilliance of that show is astounding. Goddamn I miss Dillon.
.......except the murder plot thing.
I am happy to see some people mention Friday Night Lights. It had some wonderful character development. I also feel that The West Wing and The Simpsons have both have had wonderful writing.
