Rachel York has the most wonderful voice I've ever heard. She's so versatile.
Bernadette Peters also, but she isn't on Broadway right now.

Emily Skinner has an amazing and versatile voice.
So does Alice Ripley. Sherie Renee Scott, Victoria Clark, Cheryl Freeman...

PARADOX: No I'm not stupid and no I have not listened "SITPWG", all of "S&D" or "M&M".
Unfortunately I have listened "INTO THE WOODS" and her Rodgers&Hammerstein solo album - BIG MISTAKES.
I just D O N ' T L I K E her singing. Period.

Go listen to "We Do Not Belong Together" "Children and Art" "Move On" "Time Heals Everything" ""Unexpected Song" (Hey, Mr. Producer recording) etc etc and THEN tell me she isn't a good singer...
You say she is an untalented drunk, but her success would prove otherwise...
What I want to know is why people can't keep these threads positive...
