Ooh, I LOVE Into the Fire, cate_w!

My very favorite Broadway song of all time is Out Tonight, but I also love:

I'd Give My Life for You

Your Daddy's Son

Gethsemene (I so can't spell that)

1, 2, 3 (from The Fix, in the West End...anyone else like it?)

and many, many more...

Technically, it's from an off-Broadway show, but 'And They're Off' from 'A New Brain' has always held a special place in my heart. And I have no idea why.

Besides that, 'Finishing the Hat' from Sunday in the Park with George is another favorite.

"Something Wonderful"
"Every Day a Little Death" (Would love for Phylicia Rashad and Emmy Rossum to sing this together)

"Shall We Dance" (We can call Rogers and Hammerstein corny or sentimental all we want, but this song is admittedly delightful, and I doubt that anybody writing nowadays can write something like it. Well, there's always hope).

"Putting it together"
"It's Hot up here."
"The Party's Over"

Well, since it will shortly BE a Broadway show...

"Feed the Birds" from Mary Poppins. Though I prefer Mary singing it solo (they changed it to have the Bird Woman sing too).

I just thought of one more, randomly.
