My vote also goes to either "No Business Like Show Business" or "Lullaby of Broadway".
I'm going to chime in with "Lullaby of Broadway."
I like "42nd St." better than "Lullabye of Broadway." And I'm sick to death of "There's No Business like Show Business."
What about "EVeryone has AIDS" from TEAM AMERICA: WORLD POLICE?
Applause, Applause does sum it up nicely. Love that song.

"...and I won't stop til I'm a star on broadway".
On Broadway.
I'm kinda surprised nobody has mentioned "Everything's COming Up Roses." It may not be ABOUT Broadway, but it's certainly the song I think of when I think of Broadway.

I think "New York, New York" is the only broadway anthem.
How about "Another Openin', Another Show" from Kiss Me Kate??
"Why?" from Tick, tick...Boom!
"I make a vow right here and now, I'm gonna spend my time this way..."
"Give My Regards to Broadway"
"Lullaby of Broadway"
"THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" - The Theme Song
Basically EVERYONE knows it
I'm also gonna haveta say "Lullaby of Broadway"...it just seems to fit. Whenever i hear it i always have broadway memories or thoughts running through my head!
No question--for me it's "Lullaby of Broadway"
1. "Give My Regards to Broadway"
2. "Lullaby of Broadway"
3. "No Business Like Show business"
4. "Broadway Baby"
runner ups-
1. "Another Openin' Another Show"
2. "New York, New York"
3. "Applause"
"Lullaby of Broadway" most definately!
I would have to say "Lullaby of Broadway", even though WPIX overplayed that song when I was younger.
We should also conider "Welcome to the Theatre" from APPLAUSE.
"Oh The Thinks You Can Think" from SEUSSICAL
