"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

pwn is a term that originally came from gamers, when (per Urban Dictionary) a map designer for WarCraft misspelled "own" as "pwn." "Pwn" has been floating around the internet since then, and some very clever musical theatre fans obviously just added Lu and VOILA! LuPwn'd. (or however you choose to spell it.)
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Unless you're Brody because he will LuPawn you! He'll take you to the shop and sell you! He'll take that dollar and no longer pwn you!

I'm not sure if this is where it originally came from or if the musical theatre fans came up with it and then this was created, but here's a rap about being LuPWNed.
Sherie and Patti, I think would get along. Patti to me is one of those people, that are a dream to get along with as long as you think before you speak and don't have foot to mouth syndrome.
That little Patti rap song is my idea of a thing of beauty and a joy forever! I love it. Here's an idea: Queen Latifah as "Mame" with Patti LuPone as "Vera!" How's that?
"Omigod, it's the Queen of Rumania!" --from "Mame"
