Tina Fey is hosting tonight and i feel like it would be a great way to advertise the show

You might be surprised, many times cameos are unrehearsed. Having said that, I doubt anyone from the show would make an appearance, but would bet that Tina mentions it in the monologue.
Im expecting a parody of the musical....Id love to see some of the cast members doing impressions of the mean girls cast. I LOVE when SNL has broadway parody's!
They could easily have done a quick rehearsal after their matinee to get some footing and quick camera blocking options. They obviously wouldn’t be able to be part of the 8:30pm dress rehearsal show but can easily make the 11:30pm live air show.
Tina Fey has been doing lots of press lately and she’s discussed MEAN GIRLS: The Musical in every appearance. It’s her baby so of course she’d showcase it any way she can. She’s actually excited for when it starts being done at high schools.
DramaTeach said: "I'm expecting Lindsay Lohan doing a cameo to ask for a part in the musical."
She couldn't even get an invite to the show let alone a part
<<edited by BWW staff>> Lohan has hosted SNL four times. Most recently in 2012. Producer Lorne Michaels is very supportive of Lohan even with all her hot mess and always provides her a platform. The cast also has said she knows better so she’s upmost professional during her week with the show.

They were definitely talking about Mean Girls, not SNL. It was widely reported that Lohan was “snubbed” and not invited to the premiere.
