A beautiful (And rarely done) song for a baritone is "Lost in the Stars" from the show of the same name.

I've always done well with "Giants in the Sky" from Into the Woods, but it's a little tenor-y.
"This is the Moment" from Jekyll and Hyde is also a good one, íf you have a mature voice.
Corner of The Sky- Pippin
One of the musicals that changed the way I looked at theater and the World.
I wish they would bring Pippin back to Broadway where it belongs.

Wick from The Secret Garden
"The Impossible Dream" - Man of La Mancha
"If I Can't Love Her" - Beauty and the Beast
On A Clear Day (title song)
This Nearly Was Mine (South Pacific)
It's Love (Wonderful Town)
Too Many Tomorrows (Sweet Charity)
I've Come to Wive It Wealthily in Padua- Kiss me Kate
(Really a Comedic song, but you can't go wrong with Cole Porter)
I Am What I Am- La Cage

if you're a baritone, i would recommend "i'd rather be sailing" from a new brain. it's gorgeous, and i just love the image of someone being so incredibly enamored with sailing.
With You, one of my favorites... from Pippin

Such a good simple song. Not sure how high it goes though.
"Why God?" from Miss Saigon
