Legally Blonde's "The east coast is boring, there's no film studios. It's cold and dark, no valet parking, all the girls have different noses!!"...Elle's dad

"In theater, the process of it is the experience. Everyone goes through the process, and everyone has the experience together. It doesn't last - only in people's memories and in their hearts. That's the beauty and sadness of it. But that's life - beauty and the sadness. And that is why theater is life." Sherie Rene Scott

"Everytime we dare to give a B, they act like it's some huge atrocity! Yes, even one A-minus gives them headaches of the sinus!"

It's a toss up.

From WOMAN OF THE YEAR:

"It's my night, Sammy, all mine, Sammy ... and you can't give it your well known whammy..."

From THE RINK:

"Light a match! Burn the card! Dr. Spock says yes!"

With lyrics like that, you understand why musical theater is unlike any other art form.

No. Broadwaywest, you are wrong. It is "She has HER Dick", refering to Richard (or Dick) Burton.

Right after "As long as you're mine" in Wicked when Idina says "for the first time I feel...Wicked" It makes me laugh everytime. I like the show, but that part is a bit cheesified.

Pretty much anything from Noel Coward's Sail Away is brilliant, but the opening number starts with all these stewards singing and then Stritch enters. They sing, "keep the fat heads out of our way! Hoorah Hoorah!" and Stritch comes in with "Hooray!" and it just makes me laugh everytime. I think it's something you just need to hear.

I also loooove (and quote constantly) "None whatsoever, Coalhouse!"

And perhaps my favorite moment of all time on a cast recording: "Wouldyoubesokind!" at the start of "They Seek Him Here" in The Scarlet Pimpernel. Love me some Douglas Sills.
