Christie and Gingrich seem to be top contenders at this point. But honestly, who the hell knows? It could be end up being the remains of Roy Cohn.
Trump has reportedly fired Corey Lewandowski.

Apparently, he was escorted from the building by Trump security, in a palace coup engineered by the Trump children.
Where did you read that, PJ?

More details on Breitbart, which is loyal to Trump:

And here, which tells the sad tale of the Trump campaign going broke:

Wow. That's dramatic.
I am not comforted by the firing, though. Putting Manafort in control is a scary thought.
So, will Corey remain loyal to Trump, or will he spill his guts for all the cable news shows?

Funny you mention that, Kad:

Trump made Corey sign an ironclad non-disclosure agreement.

These Twitter responses from Trump-hating conservatives are hysterical.

MadBrian, I did not make that up, I saw it on PBS American Experience RFK
Apparently, Ivanka and her husband were at odds with Corey, and Cory tried to plant some negative stories in the press about Ivanka's husband.
Then a rumor started going around that Corey was shopping a tell-all book to publishers. (The rumor was not true and might have been started by Paul Manafort himself.
Then the Trump kids went to Daddy on Father's Day and Ivanka apparently said "Either he goes or we go."

Family coup! How will Trump stand up to Putin?
He's been all over MSNBC, robotically vowing allegiance, regurgitating the same tired spiel. Scarier was Collins of NY, a rare elected official willing to vocally support Trump. He has that deer in the headlights glare of the milquetoast caught unawares, forced to speak, insisting this change in team is only a primary-to-general staffing pivot. Yeah, right.
Watching, enjoying, everyday we're closer to the convention and he's still there. Shhh!
Trump can not win, especially if he has little money. He is too cheap to use much of his own. Unlike Sanders, he has said that if he loses he would consider the whole thing a total waste of time. If he has few donations and sees that it is a total waste of time, I wonder how he will react?
He is going to bail, probably just before the convention. I really don't think Trump's Ego will allow him to be publicly "Fired".
Got a NY Times notification on my phone saying Trump is down to $1.3M on hand. BCEFA raised more this week than Trump has on hand. Oh, this just keeps getting better.
Still, the new Monmouth poll numbers today are frightening. With so little money spent, Trump and Clinton are nearly tied in OH and PA. Even though she's ahead by double digits in FL, take nothing for granted. (And I'm still unnerved by Johnson showing up in polls, sometimes gaining. More than a handful of Sanders voters actually plan to vote for him.) It's reassuring to watch the Clinton campaign's 50 state strategy kick in aggressively.

Perhaps because he's not a corrupted, morally-bankrupt politician who only cares about money and power.
