I know we are all for Hilary over Oompa Loompa. To be for him is insane. But that doesnt mean we can not question any thing she (or anyone) says or does.It is healthy and patriotic to do so.

Steve, it is my thought that the Lesbian photo shoot lay outs were released by the Trump camp. It is attention, Hot Sexy attention his base are probably jerking off to as we speak. The Trump camp has been teasing a hit at Hillary with a lesbian affair angle (see on of the latest Enquirer issues, two weeks ago I believe?). What a better way for them to come out with Melania's lesbian photo shoot, after already planting in their followers mind a Hillary lesbian sex mental picture? He is playing to the lowest denominator. It has been working. EVERYTHING he has criticized Hillary for are things that are on his freaking resume!

Hi SNAFU, and yes, you are so right; this probably was Trump campaign doing what they do...
But sometime I get scared, and I've been through too much $schit in my young life to get scared again. I will not back down on this to anyone, this man is dangerous. The United States is not the United $$TATE$$.
History shows us these L'il Hitler's come along every 50-60 years. They destroy what they can, do the damage and we rebuild. I just can't "wait and see" if that happens...

Yeah, what scares me is there are many very smart people I work with whom I respect who are on Team Trump. Do they REALLY hate Hillary or the Dem platform THAT MUCH? I m not like PJ and 100% Team Hillary but I do have a larger vision of the situation and see the direction we have to go. This IS NOT a POPULARITY contest or a reality show. Who really gives a fcuk who gets voted off the island?

Yes, they do. In my circles, the Dems are as equally reviled as the GOP, at least among the men represented. Trump has arguably emboldened some of the nation's most virulently bigoted, xenophobic, and misognynist voters, many of them both well-heeled and highly educated. His followers are not just disaffected white men who lack a college degree. There's also helluva lot of misogyny at play in this election. Many of the men to whom I alluded will let loose privately with "hell, if all the women are going to go to work, the men might as well stay at home". And every so often, they forget that I'm a non-white and instantly discount the abilities of any non-white male or a woman of any background who's promoted in their ambit as "an affirmative action baby". It's as if everything in their world is a zero-sum game. I've always been relucant to bring up race and gender inequality in this forum because most of us are beyond that sort of thing.
Regarding Mrs Trump's photo shoot, it makes her 70 year old husband appear even more "da man" in the eyes of his bruh's. My working theory is that they're living through him vicarously. They've somehow deluded themselves into believing that a vote for Trump will automatically result in the restoration of their priestly birthright. One of the perks of said birthright is the means to trade in their frumpy wives for a "Barbie" like the current Mrs. Trump during her modeling heydey. But, if anyone should be worried about surviving his first term in office it should be Mrs Trump. She's about 10 extra pounds and a couple of sags away from finding herself moved out by Mrs. Donald J. Trump #4. Men like Trump have zero tolerance for "sag" on the distaff side. Time and gravity don't promise to be her BFF's.
A Trump administration will be the most "phallic" in the history of the Republic. That's a euphemism for calling him a "dickhead" who will appoint a bunch of "other dickheads" to his cabinet and to head up the more high profile federal agencies. Of course, the occasional female "dick ridder" will land a gig somewhere as his "mouthpiece" in exchange for fellating the Donald and his crew on the regular.

The layers of "rabid Trump supporters" are peeling away, in an onion-like fashion. This is how things like this happen frequently in politics.
If you place the people you know who espoused pro-Trump sentiments in the image below, not only do the layers represent other individuals who are exiting the Trump camp, but also it represents the strength of commitment of each individual to Trump as a candidate. It may momentarily intensify, but the relentless movement strips away each outer layer.
The inner red core may remain, but in a matter of weeks it will be small and insignificant. The media will continue to cover it--they have to--but the political strength of that inner red core will be next to nonexistent.

MSNBC is reporting there might still be a well-funded conservative independent candidate announced very soon.
The name being dropped is Evan McMullin, former CIA operative and GOP policy adviser. He has neither held nor run for political office before.

I'd prefer those who are in the "Never Trump" camp to consider going with Johnson/Weld as the alternative, rather than hoisting a completely unknown candidate like this man who will only take away from the other viable candidates. What a shame.

I don't know how many folks will abandon Johnson for McMullin. Johnson will meet the right-leaning liberterians, and he has a track record. McMullin may only be a candidate for conservative ideologues.
