And yes, Allison did sound a bit pitchy, but I can finally see her personality shining through. So, GOOD FOR HER!!!

Wow, I thought Kris was the best of the night!!!! Granted, I LOVE that song, but still, I thought it was great! And I'm not a Kris fan at all, but he surprised me!


I still think Adam should win, but please, enough with those screechy songs! Yes, I get it, you can hit those high notes, but IT'S GETTING OLD! When he tones it down and does a song like last week's, PHENOMENAL, but with he has to stop it with the self indulgent crap like this week.

I think the Conventional Wisdom has Anoop or Lil going home this week, but I think Matt, Danny and Kris were just aaaaight this week. Anoop was definitely better, but I don't know if that will change anything.

I really hope it's either Matt or Anoop. Their times were up a few weeks ago.

I hate how harsh they're being on Lil!! I thought it was infinitely better than her past performances, in the Top 3 of the night IMHO.

For a change, I thought Lil's song choice and decisions were pretty good. She just didn't sing it well.

I hated Lil's performance. Actually, I'm just really over her. She's in a bind because she can't sing R&B without sounding like a bad karaoke version of Mary J. Blige, but she isn't versatile enough to switch it up. I don't think she can cut it. And I hate when they talk back...it never makes them look any better.

I didn't like any of them except for Adam who turned in another outrageous performance. It almost silly for him to even be in this contest. I mean, he's on one level, very high up, and all the others are way below him. Way below. that's the way I see it, anyway.

I can imagine how the others feel about Adam and their own chances of winning. I said this before, but I hope Adam does not win, it will hinder him. And how are the producers going to pretend that he didn't get the highest amount of votes if they decide he isn't the winner?

Should be interesting.

Matt or Lil need to go tomorrow. But I really feel bad for Lil, she's been in an uphill climb of contradictory criticism from the judges every week. "Be more original" "You should sing Mary J. Blige" "You shouldn't have touched that song" - make up your mind!

And Randy continues to prove his uselessness in criticizing Kris' fantastic version of Falling Slowly.

Yeah, I must say, it's a really good thing Adam's so darn likable and seems to get along so well with everyone, because if he wasn't the other contestants would haaaate him haha! Or, maybe not hate, but be very very jealous :P But he seems like a huge sweetheart and doesn't seem to have an ego about it, so I think they're all really happy and excited for him



Anyway, the only other stand out for me tonight was Kris, who actually almost made me a little bit teary eyed. That was a REALLY really beautiful performance <3 There's something about how 100% pure he is, both vocally and performance wise. It's amazing

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

I totally agree about Kris. In my opinion I thought he was the best of the night. I couldn't believe Randy's criticism. I was so happy that Kara disagreed with him and said what she said. It would have been terrible if what Randy said was the last thing that America heard before voting. As much as we hate to admit it, the judges do influence the vote.

Am I the only one who just doesn't get Kris??

I mean, he's good and all...but I just don't see the appeal that everyone else sees. I was kinda bored with his performance last night.

I love love love Matt, but I fear his time is up. His performance wasn't amazing, but I still think he's really a natural performer. Maybe not in the same category as Adam...HOLY S*@T! Every week he continues to impress me. I'm in love.

PS- Even when only two of the judges are commenting per contestant, they still manage to go overtime. They suck at life.

And yeah, I thought it was funny how they were only using 2 judges per contestant, yet they each talked twice as much. Of course they are going to go over. Dumb asses!
