Excellent show. Not one was terrible. There are many young teens on the show. I have a huge crush on Diana!
Diana and La Toya were my favorites. Who was yours?
I only saw the first 6 because then I had to switch to America's Next Top Model, lol! Anyway, they were all good, I can't even pick one. I will say this though-poor Camile, she has a great, unique and sensual voice, but no stage persona. It's a shame, because I don't think she can win.

Yes, if she would just let it all out she would be awesome.
So far, I'm going with Jennifer (followed closely by LaToya and Fantasia)
I thought John Stevens was horrible! Can't figure out why Simon likes him. It'll be either him or the other Jon that leaves tomorrow night. Leah was the only one who didnt blow me away...
Jennifer was the best!!!
I hate that football player! He makes me want to barf on myself. So does that guy who dances and looks like a grease monkey. Updated On: 3/17/04 at 11:30 PM
that football player and leah need to go, i don't think they even belong in the top 12. but latoya rocked!!
i dont know all their names, but the two i thought were the best were la toya and the hawaiin girl
anyways, this years girls are really talented, none of hte guys really did it for me, exp. in compariosn to last years boys. i look foward to a great competition!!!
hey.. i missed it. can someone give me a run-down on who the judges liked and stuff and give me a recap. thanks..

I've enjoyed John Stevens from the start. He's not extremely versatile, but I enjoy him as well as George Huff. As far as the female competition goes, Jasmine Trias I think outshines the rest.
is am I the only one who is annoyed by the way Jasmine says "Hawa-ii"!? i realize thats where shes from and they have their own language and culture, but, when she says that ONE word it soudns like shes just trying SO HARD to put as really big accent o nthe word. Anyone else bothered by that, or am i strange? She had never really impressed me before, but her voice was amazing last night.
Matt looks too old and wasn't amazing last night, but I think he deserves to stay a "bit* longer. John Stvens is a very boring one-trick pony, and if he doesnt leave tonight, I will SCREAM!!
Counting down the hours until 8:30...=)

I thought half of them were great--Fantasia, George, Jennifer, Latoya, Jasmine, Jon Peter--two were OK--Matt and Amy--and two were terrible--Camille and Leah. Diana can sing, but I find her mainly just loud. I think Diana is confused and thinks she is on AMERICAN CHEERLEADER and not AMERICAN IDOL. I hope she doesn't stick around too long. I have to turn down the volume even if she is just talking when she's on.
My favorite was Jasmine. She was really good, and I absolutely love her voice! I really hope she wins.
The other girl I liked was the girl who went last (I can't remember her name). She also had an amazing voice. I hope it comes down to her and Jasmine.

I loved La Toya and Fantasia. My six year old son likes George. My Husband likes Jasmine. I like Jon Stevens only because his is different. His voice is not versatile at all, though. I hope Leah is gone tonight and Matt next week, then the Pen Salesman!
I love this stupid show:)

As Simon said, Jon Peter, the pen salesman, is the dark horse. Every Clay voter is going to turn out for him too, I bet. I think he'll make the top 5 on popularity alone.
Fantasia needs to get over herself and fast or the audience might turn on her. She's already starting to bother me. Diana's WAY perky but she's got a strong voice and I like that she takes it straight to the house. George is the only guy that should even be there, the rest are tokens, at best. The Pen Salesman might make it if he were writing his own stuff and had his own vibe but as a more vanilla pop star he just doesn't have the voice or the presence.
Diana and LaToya, George and The Hawaiian girl I liked, the rest could all come or go and I probably wouldn't even notice.
That red-haired girl was a first-rate bore, though. At least she didn't do another Celine Dion impression. The kid doing the lounge act's another snoozer. Randy's right, he's not a good enough singer to pull off that style even.
Leah's at an awkward point where she wants to be sultry but there's still something kid-like in her. She needs another year or two to get comfortable in her skin. She's got talent, she just isn't ready yet.

It is a VERY young cast! Diana is only 16 and she sings like she is over 20.
Hmm, I thought Leah had the least talent. Next to none, in fact. She sounded a little cocky at first when she said 'being a pop star is in her blood' because her mother was one and her father is a musician. Well, it must have skipped a generation. Just my opinion, folks! I thought eveyone else had something going in one way or another.
Well Leigh got booted and my John Stevens didnt even make the bottom three!! Whoohoo
just one question about american idol, way has there been a girl with pink hair in the final all three seasons.
i think the 17 hawiian girl is gonna win!

I am sorry, but there is NO WAY Jennifer should have been in the bottom 3. It should have been the pen salesman, football player, and Camielle (sp?).
Wait who had pink hair in season 2?
Bottom 3 should have been Leah, Amy (who I love) and Camille.
I think the guys are really cute, but the only one I liked vocally was George. I have a crush on Matt and JPL.
Jennifer did not deserve to be in the bottom 3. My fave (and it's tough competition) is Fantasia. She's a star.

I am rooting for LaToya and George.
what the hell happened last night!?! Amy and Jennifer were wonderful!! and, while Leah didn't blow me away, I think she is still talented and was by far not the WORST up there. WHY are people voting for John Stevens!?! he sucks!!! He was supposed to be gone last night!! I actually screamed when he was told he was safe..ugh! Sorry, i'm still a little bitter =*) Poor Leah, i hope she gets morechances in the Biz....
