re: American Idol this Week

So I think it's really kind of hilarious that the show is acting as a means of getting exposure for him as a musician, AND as a dating service :P

Week 7 (I think anyway) call in:
Caller: "are you single?"
David: *looking straight into the camera* YES!

Last Night:
caller asks if she can have a date with him

re: American Idol this Week

I have a feeling he's NOT gonna be single much longer after the show re: American Idol this Week Well, you know, unless he wants to stay single. But I have a feeling he wouldn't mind landing a pretty girl hehe. *sigh* and wont whoever that is be lucky...

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

"I must've missed that post."

Why comment if you arent going to bother reading back to find out the answer? Missing way more than a post, imo.

What interests me is what's going on now, not what I missed while I was asleep.

re: American Idol this Week

doodlenyc- That is so funny and true about Naomi Judd! From what I remember, she always wore those "square dancing" dresses while Wynonna just wore dumpy pants suits!

Also, this is a question for a "historian"! How many times has Syesha been in the bottom 3 (or bottom 2) this season? Has it really been EVERY week?!?!?!
#708

re: American Idol this Week

No, it hasn't been every week. Frequent since about the midway point after Top 24 began, but not every week.
#709

re: American Idol this Week

Well Syesha definitly didnt belong in the bottom as many times as she was. I think she has the best voice left on the show..

That idiotic date question...

How many of us were waiting for him to ask, 'Well...what do you look like?'

It would have brought me so much joy.

I was waiting for it, Robbie.

Ivan likes watching everything, so I can only fast forward through the commercials.

I turned it when Maroon 5 performed. Adam Levine bugs me. oh and their last album blew

And the least original.

And I lovelovelove Maroon 5's last album.

re: American Idol this Week

I do not get David C. at all. I don't like his "performances" (so contrived and boring) and those "stock Rocker" poses drive me batty. However, that crazy skinny chick from the Philly audition shows made the season.

Adam Levine is the hotness. I love Maroon 5.

Actually, when that chick asked David out on a date David was thinking, "Um, do you have a BROTHER?"

A local radio station said jason mouthed don't vote after one of his performances. Did anyone see this?

re: American Idol this Week

Watched it for the first time this season on Tuesday. This show has definitely jumped the shark. Unwatchable. Absolutely unwatchable.

re: American Idol this Week

Actually, if you youtube "Jason Castro Don't Vote" you can see it him allegedly saying Don't Vote. But then I read that he explained he actually said VOTE twice and if you watch--I really think he actually said Vote twice as opposed to Don't Vote.
