The West Wing was pretty fantastic in its time, too.
But any mention of Rugrats on my part has to come with the addendum that it totally jumped the shark after the first movie came out. I used to love that show.

Look at all the great theme tunes from these shows which prompts me to mention Dharma & Greg because that little bit of business on the synthesizer used to drive me nuts and i've never been able to buy it anywhere...
I stopped watching Rugrats when they made the first movie too. Im completely turned off now that they're "all grown up" and Tommy has blue hair, I must say I did love baby dill though.

Oh my lord, I loved Animaniacs. Pinky and the Brain! Good Idea, Bad Idea! Bernadette Peters as a singing cat! Good times.
As long as we're talking about childrens' shows, I thought the first couple of seasons of All That were brilliant. Of course, I was around 12 at the time they aired, so I could be completely wrong, but still.
