I have never even considered having to choose. I love them both.
Gotta go with The Soup, what ever happened to John Henson and his skunk spot anyhow?
Best Week Ever makes so little sense to me. How can a network parody it's own set of shows? Especially when their "I Love the ___'s" is one of the most popular. I don't quite get the logic behind it.
You're thinking too hard, Carl.
I know I know. They even get the same commentators. Even further pushing it towards the rediculous....it hurts my brain. It's like staring into two mirrors across from each other, it never stops.
I don't find the VH1 commentators all that funny. Especially that guy with the bad teeth. The ones I like, such as Michael Ian Black, are never on Best Week Ever.
I enjoy both.
But, The Soup is freaking hilarious.

I enjoy both a great deal, and am always amused by the high degree of content overlap between the shows. I appreciate that the Soup is on more often (Best Week Ever seems to take a lot more vacations!), but some of their parodies fall flat. Best Week Ever is more polished (and varied), but it's annoying when they do "sketches" that are really just advertisements (like the item on Grindhouse this past week), and some of their commentators are better than others. But these are minor criticisms - I watch both religiously!
Don't watch either, but I do think BEST WEEK EVER is more tolerable. The host of THE SOUP is horridly annoying.
I LOVE Joel McHale! He's so cute. I love when Secrest says "Chicks, man." It is gayer than a drag queens delivery. I also used to love "go plug in your bus!" from Wife Swap.
Those are disGUSting.
The Soup all the way!
Definately The Soup. Joel McHale is the hottest man on TV
The Soup is funnier, but I watch them both anyway.
Oprah, girlfriend!
Let's talk about chicks man...chicks man.
THE SOUP!
it's the only show on E! that I can tolerate. And one of the only TV shows nowadays that can make me laugh out loud.

This is so hard! I love them both, but I have to give the edge to BWE. It's hysterical.

Most certainly The Soup.
They need to start using Whitney Houston's "Kiss my ass!" clip in every episode again.

I cannot STAND Joel McHale. I want to punch my TV screen whenever he's on.
How funny, this actually came up in conversation. A fellow Soup fan asked me if he should be watching BWE. I told him yes, but if he has to choose one, it has to be The Soup all the way.
Joel is hot and frickin' funny. And I still have the 2006 Year in Review on my DVR, watch it over and over. Every week is laugh out loud funny.

The Soup!!!
Soooo meaty.. haha
anyways... i used to watch Best Week Ever... but since they changed the format of it a couple months ago with the one host and the commentators coming back for only clips and stuff... it's just not the same anymore...

They turned it into a pale "Soup" imitation. PFT was one of the best commentators on the old "BWW", but I just can't take 22 minutes of the man. I wish they'd switch back to the old format and bring back Jessica St. Clair, Frangela, Melissa Rauch, and John Mulaney. And for the love of God, just get rid of Chuck Nice and his unfunny "Sizzler" segment.

The new Best Week Ever format is TERRIBLE. Paul F Thompkins is so unfunny.
Plus, I'd hit Joel McHale like a Mack truck.

Best Week Ever by far, though I liked it much better when there were more people involved instead of one main host.
