Total BS. When I was a kid at Disney, I didn't get hugs from every character, either. They have certain poses they're allowed to do with children and aren't supposed to do the exact same one for every child.

One kid before them go hugged. Their kid got the wavy arm pose. Then the kids started yanking on the costume and harassing the costumed performer. Therefore, they deserve big bucks from Disney for racism. There's footage of everything that happens in the park. I'm sure if this actually goes to court the security video of the family chasing after the rabbit and pulling on his costume will be admitted as evidence for the defense.

Obviously, the Disney parks are racist against brown-haired older brothers, as well. Pluto put his open mouth over my blonde head like he was going to eat me but only posed with his paws on my brown-haired brother's shoulders for his picture. Where's my family's big bucks lawsuit?

Many court judgments come down to he said/she said without any additional proof. And at this point no one knows if there is any additional proof. There could be additional witnesses, for instance.

Yes, I know first hand as I used to work at DL, in parades, and wearing a ton of those costumes.

I vividly remember coming back after my days off and went to put on my head and it turned out that whoever played the part on my day off, had thrown up inside if it. So, it smelt of vomit and rubbing alcohol.
