So I got the bosses to agree that my staff and I can work from home on Thanksgiving day. I told my staff that I will work until about 1 p.m. and then I'm off to my brothers for dinner. They're both having dinner at home, so they're fine with that. Now to figure out a way to get my EOD reports done and out to Singapore without them realizing I'm not there

I just realized Revenge isn't on this week. Are they on winter break now, too?

ETA: I just looked. There's a new one back the following week. Scandal is on winter break until January 29! WTF?? I don't mind a few weeks but two freakin' months??

Almost all the shows are doing that now. Viewership is so low during December/holidays that it doesn't pay to air new episodes without reaping the ratings. And with production cut back to @ 20 episodes (amn shows not even that much), it helps save the good ones for the rest of the year.

The only nights I really sit down and watch anything lately is Wednesday(AHS)and Sunday(The Walking Dead & Revenge). TV and I have grown apart. Oh yea tonight I'll watch Sunday's episode of Stalker which I DVR.

So many of "my shows" are on at 10pm and I can't stay up until 11pm, so I watch a lot on DVR.
