Morning Adults -

Any of you do something called Oil Pulling? It is supposed to be a natural way to whiten teeth. Kind of gross though.

Tink, I hope Oreo comes around. If you can, take a shirt or towel with the other two cats scent on it and let her sit with it, and put her/his scent on a towel for the other beasts. Sometimes it just takes getting used to (here's hoping).

Another busy day at work, and then I get to be a pincushion for a bit. I have gotten a little weight off, so actually, feeling pretty good, but trying to keep it that way. And a lot more weight to go...

And Moony, you forgot paying for those ugly ugly dresses. I remember a green satin think that make me look like an Easter egg - ugh!

YWIW, keep up the good work. I've done nothing to take care of myself recently. Nothing. That has to change.

I did, however, get out of the office to attend an Upfront event last night that I enjoyed. Travel Channel hosted a lovely dinner at Dovetail. So, the combination of delicious food and talk about travel was such a nice treat.

Will catch up soon, I promise!

Addy, the fact that you are even keeping up with work with what has been going on with your family is astounding in itself.

YWIW - every pound lost is a huge accomplishment, focus more on that than how many are still to come. I have heard of the oil pulling whitening method. I read some great results and some so so results. but that will be with everything.

Addy - glad you are making some time to enjoy things! I keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. ahhh, travel, what a wonderful thing to think about!

Y - good news! I put on 4 lbs which is my first real weight gain since giving up dairy and non-poultry meat! Too much booze over the last few weeks.

BB - I would like to see that JCS tour and the local production!
