Tink, sending all good wishes to you! So exciting!
Boobs, I DVR'd it, also. I hope to be able to watch this weekend.
Moony, domestic travel is wonderful. I always envy that week in Maine. I haven't been in such a long time, and think it's one of the most relaxing places to go. We were talking about it at dinner last Friday. Might be time to plan a late summer road trip.
Oh, and, can't wait for our weekend!
Boobs, I'M IN! Please. Now!
GH, I'm always so happy to see you and so sorry to miss you. Hope all is well in your part of the world.
brd, hope your flock is all staying busy this summer. Annual trips are always something to look forward to.
YWIW - I have to get a few cast recordings to listen to. I'm so behind. I have BRIDGES, but that's it, so far.
Deet, hugs to you and Max!
Girly, Somms and everyone else who stops by - happy Thursday. Is it too soon to start drinking?

Oh, and HAPPY GRADUATION to my niece!
I can't believe it.
(She gets her diploma tomorrow, and the University commencement is Saturday morning)

Mooney - sounds nice. Mrs. Brd and I spent a few days in Montreal 15 years ago. She lived in Montreal in the late 70's and we visited her childhood homes. Much fun.
Addy - we have not been invited to any graduation parties - guess it is an off year! Next year there will be many.
Both girls are working today! Yay!!!

When Mr Happy & I first met, we planned on doing a roadtrip to Montreal & Quebec later this year, but that has been changed to roadtrip to NC in October to do a Tough Mudder, hike and see my dad for a few days. I'll get to Canada one of these days.
Though I am the last one who can complain about travel - I keep forgetting I've already spent 2 weeks in Italy this year. 3 weeks until we do a weekend in Philly.

SOMMS: I knew it was Tink!

The kitchen in the house we're renting in Maine. Not that I plan to spend a lot of time there, but it's huge and it makes me happy.

So far my only vacation plans mostly revolve around pageants. I'll be in Pittsburgh for five days in two weeks for Miss PA, in Roanoke for 5 days in late June to judge Miss VA, then in Orlando in early August for national teen pageant and early September for Miss America in Atlantic City. I do plan on driving out to Dayton sometime in July. I could not make the Alaskan cruise work this year -- maybe next. And, I'm planning on being in Seattle in November!!!

Basically, SOMMS is on the pageant circuit!
Brd - no, she stopped going with us the year she left for college. She vacations with her group of friends.

Moony, so many places in that kitchen to lose your phone
Tinky, I've never been to Moony's homeland either. One of these days.

Other than St. Thomas/St. John (about 15 times) the other place that I've been to the most is my homeland ... Montreal about six times, Quebec twice, Halifax twice, Vancouver six times, Victoria twice, Ontario once, and Branff once. Calgary is still on the list. A framily trip to Montreal would be splendid!

Can you believe it - I've only been twice. Once to somewhere in New Brunswick as a small child, once to Kingston when I was 15. My siblings and I are hoping to visit Nova Scotia and see the Scottish side of our family. Our great-great grandfather's apple farm is still in operation and still in the family.

I found our group home. Deet's treat -- from the proceeds of his first hit Broadway play.

Seven and a half bathrooms - one for each of us! We'll need to paint it though - too much white on white.

Happy Thursday Adults - I have never been to Canada either. I would love to go to Toronto to play, and visit some of British Columbia.
Off to Half Moon Bay (about 30 miles from SF) tomorrow for a wedding - a quick drive up Friday, and then back home on Sunday. I am loaded with music for the drive, and am actually looking forward to a bit of nothing and music and road.
Have fun on the pageant circuit SOMMS!
And, I'm in as well. My SF friends are all talking about buying property in Grass Valley, but I can be bi coastal!
Congrats to your niece Addy. I think we need to buy Moony a clapper for her phone.
