SoCal is on fire again. We have a couple of very good friends who have had to make a very quick emergency evacuation. These fires are jumping the highways, and many of the major access routes are shut down. It's going to be a very long night for some people.

They've already lost hundreds of homes in one fire - many of them belonging to senior citizens. Very, very sad.

As tired as I'm getting of all the movie to stage adaptations, I've always thought this one was a natural so I am looking forward to it. And I think he's a splendid choice for the role.

By the way, I was at the Latin Grammy's in Houston on Thursday, and quite enjoyed this fella... Juanes. He's a latin music star and has a great 'sound' and an equally fetching 'look'
