I just walked back in pouring rain sans umbrella. I bought groceries, and I have the best of intentions to make turkey meatballs tonight. However, I fear that might truly become an intention, and not an actual event. Whoops?

I'll be here all night. Watching movies.

Addy - celery. I like it. Also, I've been commenting to my friends all week, how I've had a marvelous week of spectacular food, and now I need celery. A plain vegetable to try and undo the marvelous fat and deliciousness I've been eating. Which was SOOOOO worth it.

My friend who's having boy problems and I walked in the downpour to buy junk food, and we're sitting on the floor, mainlining on crap and being miserable. Good times.

The Wizard of Oz is on right now - I am debating watching it, because I am getting sick of watching fire coverage.

I can smell smoke and ash, which is a bit disconcerting, since there are no fires within at least 15 miles of here...

It is nowhere near where I live. It may be a bit farther than 15, but since I smelling it, I tend to think something is closer than that.

None of the fires would get anywhere near my home - they are north, south and east of me, but by at least 15 - and more likely 20+ miles away.

With regard to natural disasters, the only thing I would ever have to worry about is an earthquake. (knock on wood).

DD, I am glad you had a great day.

And yes, Fringe is a bit freaky. I kind what I have watched of it.
