Quiet weekend for the Adults.
Believe it or not, my mom's dog was attacked again by the same dog that bit her a week ago... Apparently he jumped the gate, and came tearing after Lexie, with his owner running frantically behind trying to stop him.
The dog is back at the vet, with a puncture wound near her colon. The owner of the other dog has agreed to pay again for the expense, and to return his out-of-control dog to the agency/group he got him from.
My sister heard the entire attack while on a phone call with my mom. Crazy stuff.

Poor guy doesn't have renters insurance and so he is responsible for everything.

How horrible! Between that and the dog attack, this isn't a very happy Monday in Adultland. I'll be back with some carbs.

Morning.
The memorials this weekend for the TinMan's mom were quite lovely, and provided the closure necessary - so now it's 'onward and upward', as they say.
Boobs - sorry for that friend of a friend, and hope it all leads to a better place for him.
Frankly, good news for me is seeing Mom posting - I've been wondering about you, dear lady!
Q!!! So sorry to hear about the Tin Man's loss. Life to coin a phrase has been craptacular! On the happy side BGG is doing awesome and is finishing up her 2nd year at UMass

'Craptacular' has such an interesting ring to it - and somehow, just so appropriate
and as to this - "BGG is doing awesome and is finishing up her 2nd year at UMass" - while I think that's wonderful news, I can't help but wonder where all the time is going?!?!?
Q, as to the time question that is what I'd love to know.

Boobs, that is one of the most bizarre stories.

brd - do you ever not have a 'crappy' Monday? It seems sad to have 1/7 of your life automatically considered 'crappy'
