I'm never eating Panda Express again.
*hugs Q* *hugs Q*
And with all of the wonderful Chinese food available, you ate there why?
My Mom and I felt like it. I vote for Koo-Koo-Roo next time.
Panda Express sounds great. Sometimes you need some good cheap junk food. As long as you can put up with the thunder thighs.. like Joy Behar would say.. SO WHAT? WHO CARES?

Hugh is really a star! I did not see him in Oz, and I was there twice during the run!
I saw Hugh here in the Melbourne runs of Beauty and the Beast and Sunset Boulevard before he was a household name...even in his own household.
TGIF folksies!

Harris, if you want to have a little more fun with the bitchy 9to5ers, head over to the West End board (or as I like to call it, "Mamas Family"). Not as many posts but just as lethal.

Morning.
BrotherQ and I are going to take a road trip to Vegas over Memorial Day weekend to see some friends. I can't stand Vegas, but getting tickets to see Bette Midler and Bill Maher should make it a little more palatable.
Yay! I'm not the lone one here today.
I read the 9 to 5 thread on the main board. People are so nasty. I thought it was a fun show.

I haven't seen it yet - I probably will at some point although it's not high on my list of theatrical priorities.
What gets me about Brantley's review (he's probably spot on, but not having seen it I can't say for sure) is that he starts out by comparing the show to spare, NON-MUSICAL productions. Even if 9 TO 5 were the greatest musical ever written, how can he compare it to MARY STUART, EXIT THE KING, etc... it just doesn't make sense to me.
And, of course, his ridiculous habit of re-reviewing other shows throughout. Where are his editors?

I tried to read through the 9 to 5 thread and gave up. I enjoyed it here, even with its obvious problems. And I thought Brantley's review was ridiculous.
Good morning ... required day off today, working on magazine and show tonight.
I hate reviewers that don't review but compare.
