I'm one of those radicals that doesn't believe that I have to have to carry debt - the whole "you have to have a certain amount of debt to have a good credit score" seems more like a scam to have me paying them interest fees. Once my debt is paid in 3 years I shall only buy what I can afford.

boobs - got myself on auto-payment plans that lowered interest rates and closed them all. I was definitely one of the suckers that fell for it all - hook, line, and sinker.
Hopefully the next house I buy will be back home in CR, and a US credit score will do nothing there anyway.

I'm glad that I had the chance to do this. I really fought not to move here, but it really has made me grow in so many ways that I never thought possible. I now appreciate the things that I always took for granted.

Mooney, I am surprised there was no limit on the daily withdrawals - I know with my credit union I can only take out $200 a day. It is scary how quickly things can get screwed up. I hope all works out for your daughter.
I love my credit union - some of the people there have literally known me for 20 years.

YWIW - I know, I was surprised that 1) there wasn't a limit and 2) it didn't set off any alerts at the bank. They won't be her bank for very long.
There's a good photo of the guy who did it from all of the ATMs so, with no remaining questions, the bank is replacing her funds tomorrow morning.

I can't decide what to watch. I just got home (more on GUYS & DOLLS later) and have on Biggest Loser, but want to watch Real Housewives.
I think my plan is to watch one of the multiple repeats of RH, continue watching BL and then watch NJ Housewives at 11.
