I've never had breakfast there, Mamie, but I love the french toast and pancakes at Pershing Square, just across from Grand Central.
I just had the most delicious orange cranberry muffin. And coffee.
I'm ready to take on the world!

Mamie...I think I'm gonna dream about that now and I haven't even had it yet.

*higgles DD to revive him*
Did you have a mango lassi to cool down, Boobsie?
Thanks cookie... (glad someone noticed) *glares at boobs*
Never had a mango lassi... never even heard of it.
It's like a smoothie. Made with mango and yogurt. Milk (and milk products) helps block the capsasein receptors on the tongue to stop the burning sensation from chili peppers.
Water always makes it worse...
mango lassi is so good..didn't have one though. DD..they're mango and yogurt and a little sugar all mixed together..almost like a milkshake. but not so thick.
Cookie is too fast for me.

Hello!
Just catching up on the "weekend" discussion - I've always been a proponent of the three-day workweek.
4 day weekends are just right.
I'm lobbying to work 4 10s... THAT would be my ideal work day.
If we have to work 5 days, I'd say the ideal hours would be 12:00p - 3:00p.
I can't believe you people aren't waiting for me every day at this time. YOU ARE ALL SO HURTFUL.
Except for my only friend, DD.
If we're talking ideals... I'd rather not work at all!
I lie, actually... I like my job. I just don't like HAVING to be here.
Rath, how funny you should mention that. Two weeks ago I approached my boss about instituting a summer schedule for me, Tues-Thurs. 12-3 (but still having the same salary). Obviously that went over like a lead balloon.
Since, I HAVE to work, my job's not so bad either.
Hi Rath! I guess most of us leave the computer to eat lunch.
