Tinky, I wish I was still in bed. The alarm goes off way too early! The only thing that made me smile so far today is my pork roll and cheese on an everything bagel.

I know the feeling, Tink. I went to bed at 10:30pm and slept through the night (which I rarely do) until 6:30am. A few more nights like tis and I might be able to take the damn bag off my head.
'Morning, all!
Anyone wanna join me?
Boobs, that was just cruel..... Though my egg whites and banana weren't too bad. And i look forward to the stuffed pepper for lunch I made last night (brown rice, ground turkey, garlic, spinach, fresh mushrooms and tomato sauce).
A pork roll in a tent on the beach? I could go for that.
G'morning.
I am sorry, that so sounds like code.
Good morning.
You've got a dirty mind, YWiW.
Accurate, but dirty.
I have been taught by the best.
One of my closest friends (went to Wildwood with her, you see here in 60% of my photos lol) is in the hospital. She has been having a couple of months with phantom lower abdominal pains. She's gone for tests and ultrasounds and nothing has shown. She finally went for a catscan on Monday and I guess some pancreas numbers looked alarming (i guess more bloodwork?) so they admitted her last night and will do a bunch more testing today. I'm praying it is nothing too serious, but just want them to figure it out once and for all.
Boobs, wow! they've really upgraded Jomtien Beach in Pattaya. LOL
I'm off to Dover Downs to judge the Miss Delaware Pageant. Have a great week!

Dover Downs? Isn't that a racetrack? Are we betting on the winner?
Tinky, I pray your friend is okay. I'm gonna start singing that song from "The Wiz"...Don't no body bring me no bad news!!!!
SOMMSY, the boys are trying to entice me to come back
Thanks Boobs. It is looking like pancreatitis but still waiting on results.
I used to go to Dover Downs twice a year for work, but it was for a more testosterone driven pageant
Thinking good thoughts for your friend Tink.
Note to all - while doing my mad researching - main cause of acute pancreaitis? excessive alcohol consumption.... that does not bode well for the adults....

Boobs, I'll be curious to hear about GODSPELL. I was so sad when I heard that it hadn't been well reviewed.
Hope everyone is finding peace today.
Good day adults from the chilly and wet Great Pacific Northwest. Today's high: 63, partly cloudy. High for the week expected on Friday: 72. Glad I invested in long sleeve biking shirts, going on a ride this afternoon. Have to be ready for that 100-mile ride I committed to doing by the end of August.
Enjoy the last *slow* week until August 3.
Wow, DD, that is one fantastic commitment to have!!! I think of you each weekend I do my mini-hikes around here.
Update - friend is getting discharged tonight, thankfully. Has a little bit of recovery time, and needs to pretty much nix drinking and fatty foods altogether, but could be a lot worse. Thank you for your thoughts!
Good morning, kids. Long day in store today. Thank gawd for in room coffee makers. Swill is better than no swill.
G'morning.
Well, our little Max is growing up: this morning, he did his business outside during his walk in the park. I'm so proud of the little guy. And it's about F*cking time.
Let's see if he does it again.
Morning peeps!
Deet, time for a party to celebrate Max's pooping in the park.
ahhh, the little things that make fur parents happy!!! Welcome.
I almost got a third kitten yesterday, but my mom was there to talk me down.
Morning! Happy Thursday.
Time for a party in any event!
It's a whole new world out there, this going into the park thing. I'm getting to know the other dog walkers and their dogs, and for the most part it's a friendly bunch.
This morning, however, I think I met "After Eight." Nasty, nasty old man who had his nasty, nasty old terrier on a fully extended retractable leash (of course) just "terriorizing" everyone and grumbling at them for "being in his way."
(Note to self: bring scissors tomorrow.)
And the lovely woman with the Springer Spaniel who kept congratulating me on getting a Springer... She knows her breeds. No matter that Max is a Cavalier (and I sure as hell know the breed of my own dog) she was not going to be persuaded otherwise. "Have a good day, dear. C'mon, Max, let's go."
Hallo.
Feeling kinda weepish today. Don't know why.
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
