Morning world!!! Not so bitterly cold this morning.
Did cardio at gym last night, stocked the fridge with healthy alternatives, 3 days I've come in under 1500 calories, and 2nd trainer session tonight. Even have woken myself up early the past two days to make myself scrambled egg whites for breakfast. I can do this, I think... oh and 25 days :)

Morning peeps! Tonky scared the bejesus out of me last night when I couldn't find her. Usually when I call her name she comes running. Finally, I heard a faint meow in my bedroom, opened my armoir and there she was perched on my clothes. I guess when I was getting my clothes ready for the morning she snuck onto a lower shelf and I didn't notice. Good times!

:) thanks moony! I'm a dork, I printed out motivational quotes - I have one taped on the fridge, one above the bathroom mirror and one on the door for when I leave. Totally against my nature, but trying to drink the kool-aid that works for others.....

Tinky, congrats on the 25 days! I know how tough that is. Today is actually 7 months for me! Now to start eating egg whites. Luckily my cafe has them, so I don't have to get up any earlier than I already do.

I agree, Moony. I was watching while working on a blanket. I was so captivated that I didn't realize that Tonky was under my legs eating the yarn. By the time the episode was over she chewed the yarn in half. I knew I couldn't have finished a whole pound of yarn even though I was working faster as the tension of the episode grew. She is such a little rascal!!!

Love, love, love Revenge. I was crashing and needed to get to bed, but could not tear myself away from the tv. I hope they manage to keep up the tension and writing.

I didn't want to send it while you were on vacation, DD, and then I killed off a character who never appears anyway. It's changed things for the better. I think. But the ramifications in the second half... lots of clean up required.
