Happy Super Bowl Sunday!

The weather in Seattle is splendid, feels like Spring. Thankfully the friend's house we're going to for the game (ok, who am I kidding - for the company, food, chatter, and intermission) has a great view of the city as well.

I had a bunch of "fires" to put out first thing this morning, too. And all weekend, too. It was non-stop. Bleh.

Out of revenge (if I had to deal, then so did the peeps on my team who made the mistake in the first place!), I called a meeting for 9am this morning.

And gave the stink eye to those who wandered in long after the start of the meeting.

(I'm acting meaner than I feel, but lessons must be learned).

I'm off today waiting for the appraiser. She could only come at noon. Kind of screws up the entire day.

This refi has been a bit of a clusterfvck from day 1. As long as I get my rate at no cost (except for the appraisal), I can live with it.

And what thing with the thread title? Are you talking about changing the subject line?

No. It works for them for a while, then it gets stuck, and they can't change it until I fix it. It's fine now and will be for a while.
