I've gotten about .05% of what I intended to do today accomplished. On the bright side, I did get the splinter out of my finger.

Posted: 10/29/06 at 7:23pmsweetestsiren, when I was at camp this summer it was the first day and a splinter went through my socks. I didn't realize it was a splinter til about a day later. It hurt so much to get it out. The nurses there were so stupid though they were just like poking me the whole time.

I was at my little cousins, aunt, and uncle's house because the little ones were having a Halloween party. I was there to basically make sure they didn't destroy anything.
I walked in the door and went straight in, then I heard from the side/behind me: "Hey, Heather!"
I turn around, and it's my brother! YAY! I didn't realize he was back already, so I basically hung out with him and watched football. It was very fun.
Quote of the evening:
My mom: "So, what are you going to do while you are back?"
Him: "Women."
My mom: "You're going to have a different one every night?"
Him: "That's the plan."
*shakes head and laughs* That random interaction was very comical.

Too much sleep, maybe? That happens to me sometimes. I sleep an insane amount and am STILL useless the next day...I would have been better off getting less sleep than I did.
(Oh, and I wish that were the case right now. I'm so behind on sleep it's not even funny.)
