I really wish I could motivate myself to get started on my work tonight. I just feel like doing nothing.
I have to start painting the dining room tomorrow, which is cool because I like painting room and walls and stuff for some reason.
This is not a good time to be running out of tissues.
Some hardcore Spring Awakening fans are creeping me out.
My best friend was convinced that I was high this morning. And I had to spend a good half an hour convincing her I wasn't. I couldn't have been more sober, I don't understand where these strange rumors start.
My parents are so helpless.

I have a midterm tomorrow.
Some idiot robbed KFC and when he didn't get enough money, he went on and robbed Denny's.
He wants money and he is robbing these kinds of places...?
I'm sick, I have a ton of homework, and all I feel like doing is listening to my new copy of Company.
There's a dearth of tissues around here, too, Em.
I have a cold and the worst headache of my life. The Advil I took 1 hour ago for my headache isn't working yet.
My parents are now trying to be more strict about my school work, which is not helping me deal w/ the stress I'm going through right now. My older sister, who is a senior in college, has decided to be my 3rd parent.
I get letters back from schools on Friday from secondary schools. I'm pretty sure I didn't get into any schools. I also have a huge biology paper due on Friday. I also have Midnight Run (volunteering to bring clothes & food to the homeless in the city at night) on Friday night.
Ugh I am sick, too. What is the deal?!
I have a very preliminary paper proposal due tomorrow, but the assignment is open-ended to the point of frustration and annoyance. I need some guidance.
My mom told me to find a pair of jeans that weren't grubby...and every pair that I've found is either splattered with paint, full of holes, or both.

Ditto.
I'm in Florida. Warm weather. Not home with snow. It's awesome. I feel so disconnected from broadwayworld. :P
I really hate calling people.
I feel bad because my mom called just now to tell me she went CD shopping for me, and I automatically went "Grey Gardens!" when in fact she bought Spamalot and 42nd Street, and she figured out that I really didn't want either.

I am SOOO bored. Listing to Altar Boyz.
Why must some people make all of Spring Awakening's fan base seen annoying?
My throat hurts. I originally thought it was because I spent such a long time yelling at my mom last night, but now I'm thinking it might be something more. =/
I bought some blank DVDs today. Lost is on tonight. I have an everything bagel with cream cheese. Life is good.
Studying for tests while sick really blows. Maybe if my school wasn't so unsympathetic to illness, I could actually stay home for a day without getting behind a week.

I love Lisa and I'm going to owe my life to her.

I was driving today and stopped at a red light. Going the other way, where the light was green, nobody was coming at that moment. So, the car next to me decides that since nobody is coming, he can make a left turn while our light is red.
And the cross roads are usually very busy- thankfully, nobody got hit but what the hell was he thinking?!
I almost wish I was only imaging it.
I had such a hard time falling asleep last night. Luckily, once I did, I slept straight through the night. I got up a few hours ago, but all I want to do now is sleep some more.
SweetQ, I'm sure you know by now that Florida residents have their own driving rules.

Oh yes, Em. In a way, the driving is worse than NYC.
NYC is crowded and crazy but here, people get in a ton of accidents.
I think people need to learn what the word "STOP" means and what you are supposed to do at a red light. Also, they should learn that it's best to stop before crashing into the car in front of you.
There is a point where I don't even think people look at the lights or the stop signs. As you said, they create their own rules.
Well, here there's really no option but to drive in a pretty organized fashion. The drivers here are just notoriously aggressive, but with such volume, you have to be. In South Florida, all the crazy old people just make up their own rules. I was driving my grandmother's car a few months ago, and there was this lady cruising through the parking lot on the wrong side of the road. They just do whatever suits their fancy. It's hilarious, but also really frightening!
