Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!

This is just stupid.
Most non-violent offenders serve about 1/10th of the time on their sentence.
True, but how many of the ones who piss off their judge by getting the sheriff to spring them from jail against the judge's orders, and then refusing to show up in court by offering to 'phone it in' instead, how many of those offenders serve only about 1/10th or whatever of their time?
You'd think that with all that money, she would get her wonky eye fixed.
Hee!

By just beind here, Liam, you're probably earned a few days in prison. Poor Paris is different though.
And I do know how she got out, it's just all a bit incredible.

If she were anyone else.. she would have been released the very same day they took her in. Michelle Rodriguez had the same charge and thats what happened. don't you people watch Larry King?

Posted: 6/8/07 at 4:05pmMichelle Rodriguez was released from the center almost immediately because of overcrowding. Michelle Rodriguez only spent a few hours in jail. And she had a 60 day sentence. The same thing happened with Daryl Hannah who was briefly under the watch of Alice Scott about a year ago for trespassing during a tree-sitting demonstration.

That is what I am referrig to Dame -
And, with all of the media leaks, who the hell knows whether or not her camp, or some other camp, said she could appear by phone.
Baca has the authority to determine what happens to those in his custody.
I doubt that this would happen with anyone other than Paris Hilton.
Again, I think she is a spoiled brat with the emotional maturity of a 6th grader. But, she is being treated much more severely than a similarly situated person.
Nicole, take note - you are next. She actually has a much more severe sentence in front of her - driving the wrong way on the freeway while intoxicated. I actually have less sympathy for her than Paris.
Rich spoiled children growing up without any tools to deal with life. It is a musical in the making.
Hell, have her clean toliets for weeks, or make her do something demeaning that it supervised - but putting her in jail is just a way for everyone to get off on how she "will not get special treatment" when in fact she is - it just is not in her favor.

The Michelle Rodriguez stint spotlighted a major overcrowding problem in the LA system.
As a result the L.A. police department CHANGED its policy.
Overcrowding is NO LONGER an excuse to free someone. So Paris' people had to come up with something else... something that back-fired BIG TIME!.
Had they used the excuse of overcrowding to get her out, she would have simlply been shipped to another facility in another county.

Angel, you know what I meant. I don't have CNN. or any American TV channels.
However, I do have stations over here which broadcast many US shows, like Idol, LOST, CSI, Law and Order, ER, etc. So, I did need to distinguish.

"Overcrowding is NO LONGER an excuse to free someone."
Actually you are completely wrong. I didn't watch CNN international for two hours last night for nothing. The situation in the jails is even worst. And keeping Paris in there is costing them a average of $10,000 a day.
Don't you read TMZ?
Don't you watch CNN?
Don't you listen to Joy Behar?
Don't you watch Extra?
What rock are you living under?

Posted: 6/8/07 at 4:27pmThis whole thing is getting absurd. Punishing her more then the average girl would get is kinda messed up. But then again not considering all the media, publicity, and money she is going to get from this.

Actually, this is the LA County Sheriff involved in determining custody issues of Paris Hilton.
And, I have not heard that overcrowding is not longer a reason for releasing non-violent offenders.
She pissed off the judge, and she is paying for it.
I have also read that the Jail itself is a mess with all of the attention focused on Paris.
I just think this is all becoming about the Judge, and how he did not want "His Authority" (said in a Cartman voice) questioned.
