Michael Bennett - I did read your thread, but it did not sound like Munich would be a frontrunner for the Oscar. You said it seemed too politically controversial and would polarize critics and audiences and the comments from people who had seen it described it as boring. Doesn't sound like a frontrunner to me.

I see it on Sunday. That and "Rumor Has It" are the last two we have left to see. I can't wait for my ballot to arrive. Tomorrows screening of Rumor has a Q & A with Shirley Maclaine. I can't wait. DG.. wanna go?

1. The time we "met" was when I seated you at Wonderful Town. I was fat then. I had no idea it was you. You knew it was me and told me later about it on here. You said you thought I was a hottie. Thus, I never had a chance to "lie about my weight". And, I've only been skinnier since that day.

2. I don't have ANY desire to sleep with you.

For the record, I enjoyed TITANIC. Despite its weak script, I felt like I was watching an old Hollywood epic, and the detail and historical accuracy was astounding.

I'm downright giddy that no one is challenging BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN's spot on the nominations list. Can you imagine when they introduce the movie to a billion-strong audience?

But on what really? I have merely commented on the Oscar buzz, Jackson's intentions via interviews, and that I anticipate loving the film.

Thats all I have made up my mind about so far. Seeing lots of things again.

And JRB.. Who was trying to get you on anything? You went on and on about the first hour of the film quoting other web sites. I have seen the film and I am pointing out that the first hour is dull and everyone that has seen it seems to agree. Why don't you wait till you see it before getting all defensive.
