Who do you think will win? Corzine or Forrester?
I think Corzine should, and will win.
I'm voting for Corzine -- begrudgingly. And he probably will win.
I'm not impressed with either, though, to be honest.

Corzine isn't great, but Forrester is worse, and his campaign has been assholic to boot Updated On: 11/7/05 at 05:54 PM
Whoever wins the loser is the citizens of NJ

I'll miss all those negative commericials
"Jon Corzine raised taxes and he screwed his mother."
"Doug Forrester opposes stem cell research and HE screwed his father."
etc etc.
What about Corzine throwing midgets out of windows & Forrester drowing old ladies in his backyard swimming pool ?
I live in California but get the East Coast feed on some channels.
Man, that campaign sounds like the Devil vs. Satan in one hell of a steel cage match.
Makes Cali sound downright rational. Which is in itself a major miracle.

Now you see why I do not vote
A better idea would be a fight to the death like gladiators in ancient Rome. That or they throw mud pies at each other & whoever gets tired first is the loser

In my school we had our own votes and Forrester won. Then again half of the kids prob just clicked a random button or didnt know what to do (like me, I wasn't sure where any buttons were in the booth). I'm not old enough to really vote so that was my chance.
To Govenor
Did anyone ever tell you that you are a spitting image of either Tony Perkins or Norman Bates ?
Seriously, I feel sorry for those who live in NJ no matter who wins
I live in NY
It would be hypocritical for me to vote for either man as I do not care for either one. I voted for the lesser of two evils in the past. I have also seen, in the past , first hand & personal experiences showing how elected officials " serve the people" (not) & even after that I still voted. I just have had enough of politics & the mud flying from both sides & how politicans will sell their self respect & their souls & will sell out to the highest bidder. Staying in power is everything
I remember the old saying Absolute power corrrupts absolutely. If voting works for you great. I respect you for doing what you feel you need to do. I am doing what I feel I need to do. Tell you what, I will meet you halfway. I will go into the booth & pull a blank ballot. I will than have exercised my right to vote & done my civic duty & will have made my protest statement of a pox on both parties & a corrupt system by saying I like neither one.
I have no respect for any politician
So why not vote for someone who's not in one of the "two parties"?
Again I respect no politician. If I cared, why vote for someone who has not a shot of winning ?
Nope I think my idea of pulling a blank ballot is the way to go Vote on some of the propositions but for none of the people

Don't vote, have the courage of your lack of convictions, you decrepit bag of bones.
You're being quite the role model for the younger posters there, Mr. Roxy.
People should vote. I think it's a duty. And if you choose not to participate, I think you forfeit you right to complain.
or talk about politics...since you're not involved in the process.
I just moved here six weeks ago, so I can't vote yet. I am seriously SICK of the commercials. The one where Corzine's x-wife is quoted is NUTS. It has a quote that the former Mrs. Corzine gave on Wednesday to The New York Times: “When I saw the campaign ad where Andrea Forrester (Forrester’s wife) said, ‘Doug never let his family down and he won’t let New Jersey down,’ all I could think was that Jon did let his family down, and he’ll probably let New Jersey down, too.” I mean, seriously...lol.
Hell hath no fury...
Apparently
Dammit

I think all ads for every topic should feature exes!
Just how pissed off do you have to be to make an ad like that? I guess presenting a united front for the kids wasn't part of their strategy.

I couldn't agree more.
I don't live in NJ either...I've just been hearing so much about it that it's hard to ignore. I'm not head over heels for Corzine, but I think he's a good guy.
