My favorite Tonya Harding Moment was at the 1994 Nationals and they interviewed her after she won and she coughed the ENTIRE way through it. She literally would say one sentence and then cough.
Then when they went to closing graphics and you could STILL hear Tonya cough.

However, glad to see that she got a better dress to wear in her LP at the Olympics, rather than the ugly homemade dress she wore at Nationals that year!

I wouldn't worry Jane. Since it's something alot of people (including me) want to see, they'll probably drag it out until 2 a.m.

Figure on the last group of skaters starting around 11:00PM (at least that's the way it has been with the men and ice dancing final).

uncageg - Sorry to hear about your fall. Hope you heal quickly. I fell on some black ice about a month ago, but fortunately no injury (except to my pride, LOL). I was sprawled face down on the sidewalk and had to shimmy myself back up, still on slippery ice. In the meantime, several cars just drove on by, probably busting their gut laughing. :-/

Let's hope that the USA women can get beat the Canadian women on their home turf...don't feel too bad if it happens, the Canadian Women did it to the USA in 2002 when the Olympics were in Salt Lake!

I hate that Julia Mancuso is downplaying a possible rift between her and Vonn. Honestly, who would not be on Team Mancuso if that was the case?

Now THAT'S an Olympic medal ceremony!

The anthem. All the athletes singing. The audience joining in. Olympic spirit and the joy of the medals in front of the crowd that was there to witness the hockey match!

Love it!

(Even if the US team didn't win...)

That's what makes the Olympics unique!

Air the competition!
I'll watch the Travel Channel of Discovery if I want to know about logging in Canada.

For you or Henry, Stock? Or both of you, perhaps?

If we lose there is still a chance to medal next game for the bronze but I will be mighty pissed if Canada gets a higher medal/medal at all. Slovakia surprised a lot of people but they have talent so who knows how that match-up goes. Finland is sneaky good and Kiprusoff could give Miller a run for his money in the goaltending department. Cautiously optimistic on that game.
