I could have guessed, but its not exactly national news. (And I was away all week, didn't have the TV on at all)

I liked Joshua in the beginning but lately he's proving to just be a nasty queen who thinks he's the be all and end all in the game. He's the male Gretchen.

I thought Bert was just awful this week. While their whole team had problems, he was really just terrible. And the way he behaved on the runway while his teammates were getting criticized was really tasteless.

Yeah, I am not a fan of Bert or Joshua. Joshua was annoying with his ego on winning the running race.

While Anthony Ryan's outfit was certainly the worst this week, I was glad that Danielle got voted off. I feel like this was his first bad outfit, and he has more potential. Danielle just made all those silk or chiffon tops that generally seemed poorly made.

While the other Josh did not do well, I wish Bert got voted off last night. I'd rather look like a hooker than wear something that makes me look like I crapped in my pants and those shape things were horrid looking too.

Bert most certainly should not have gone home. He actually fulfilled what the challenge was...to create an avant garde look. Something that was not wearable, but that could, in fact, translate into something along the way. The biggest problem with his outfit was proportion. Had the pants been tailored in such a way that they became cigarette pants just above the knee, the exaggerated hip would have looked for more purposeful. I was with Heidi (and many of the designers). It wasn't a complete success, but it fulfilled the challenge's dictate better than most of the other outfits. None of the the top three were particularly avant garde. In fact, none of the top three could hold a candle to the bottom two from the first avant garde challenge I can remember (the Christian Siriano season).

Josh's outfit was something you can buy at Ricky's for Halloween. He should have stuck with the fur. It would have at least had a sense of daring about it. And he could have gone out on actually trying to fulfill the challenge. Olivier's was just as bad, in my opinion. It was crushingly boring. It was sloppy (I didn't even agree that the top was well constructed), and there was nothing even fashion forward about it (let alone avant garde).

I, too, was confused by the glue/top stick issue. I mean...ok...don't put glue on the model's skin. But Top Stick? Come on.

And COMPLETELY agree with you regarding Laura's dress. I was certain it was bottom three. I preferred Anya's and Kimberley's looks FAR more than the entire top three.

See, I though Josh M's outfit looked like it should have been throwing apples at Dorothy Gale.

I think Anthony's look was the best concept of the top three...by far. Even though the execution was a little...well...scrapbooky, I think it achieved something greater than the other two.

Funny enough, I liked Falene's dress too and thought it was odd that it was so criticized.

I kind of miss that the models have more or less been excised from the episodes this year. I detest Josh, but thought his dress should have won last week in the couture challenge.
