I'm glad Bert still called Josh out on his shlt even though he performed his whole "Attencion! I have an announcement to make. I am an awful person and I deserve awful things to happen to me and I need to let everyone here know that I apologize and please direct all your hatred towards me because I am nothing but scum" speech.

I saw Josh in Fire Island about a month ago. I find his screen presence horrifying (what color is that skin???)...but in person, he really was very, very attractive.

But last night? He's starting to write checks that his ass can't cash. Cause he's gonna keep doing this and someone is gonna blow. And in a big way. And it's gonna be AWESOME.

Hopefully, it'll be Sutton Foster when she guest judges an upcoming challenge (no...I'm not making that up).

The ONLY thing I can guess is that it's some Broadway-related challenge.

Otherwise, it's a rabbit hole I can't even imagine going down.

I was a little surprised when Josh said his mother died two years ago, while crying last night.

Yeah...I'm kind of in the midst of it right now. And (never say never) I cannot imagine talking to people like that...and then offering that SH*Tshow of an apology. I totally get snapping. I don't get the completely fake apology afterwards. His soul is as fake as his tan.

Here's the thing. I don't doubt that his feelings are real. But it's the use of those feelings to justify lashing out that I find repulsive.

My partner died 8 months ago. It's been brutal...and yes, I've had my moments. But that SH*Tshow was unacceptable.

Though, admittedly, I'm losing patience with someone I work with who keeps going on and on about the guy she's dating and how he's hurt her in the past. I just want to scream 'My husband's DEAD! How am I happier than you????'

I tried that once, but it was a bitch scrubbing the shoe polish off.

Glad to know I'm not alone on my disdain for Josh.

And, personally, I'm having a hard time with Oliver. He says he grew up in Ohio, and yet he has this trans euro-accent, and I just don't deal well with people who have such beige personalities.

Josh has ISSUES...big ones. And I think one key to it all is that he briefly mentioned he didn't go home one last time to see her because he was so involved in furthering his career. G.U.I.L.T. And if he wins, it will justify his "sacrifice". But he is one nasty MF...he went looking for trouble with Bert, not that it's hard to find... but Josh was clearly a man on a trouble finding mission.

Aside from that...kind of a low talent year, yes?

I know it is said every year, especially since the move to Lifetime, but this is definitely a truly weak year in terms of talent, both with design and construction. I have yet to actually see a great use of color, which is sad in and of itself. The runways have either been these endless parades of black and white, or a horrible, horrible abuse of color.

As for Josh, you know he isn't going away soon. Even though these are filmed months in advance, the powers that be can already spot who's going to give them those "drama" ratings and will keep them as long as possible. I met a friend of a friend recently who says he knows Josh pretty well and seemed mildly confused that Josh is this year's "Mean Girl" and tried to pass it off as editing. However, as Caroline said on last season's Jersey Housewives reunion, editing truly plays such a small part in these shows. If you provide the editors with these nasty scenes and confrontations you can sure as hell bet they are going to use them, but that's just it, they can't use it if you don't provide it.

It always amazes me when the formerly bullied (and you know he was bullied like crazy growing up, there is no way a child like him would not have been) find an opportunity to work out their issues by becoming the bully.

Yeah, I was really unimpressed with everything this week. It wasn't just the bottom 3. I thought Anya's dress looked better without the sleeve. Glad Bryce is gone though.

I'm more confused than ever by the judging this season.

Josh's "little black dress" was nothing new, nothing innovative. It was just that, a little black dress that we've seen both Grace Kelly (who Michael Kors actually referenced) and Audrey Hepburn and countless other fashion icons already wear. I'm not understanding the love the judges have for him, including, as I stated earlier, throwing up a color combination in the avant garde challenge that they criticized and voted off another contestant for, just a few challenges earlier. Did he win because he refrained from bedazzling? This week he sent up something that in a stronger season would have landed him in either the safe category, or the bottom three for just being a decent retread of something that has been around for a long, long time.

Anya's dress (the one sleeved cow/leopard print) looked like something Ulli from Season 3 would have done. Great at the time, but Season 3 was also 5 years ago.

I did agree, though, that it was Bryce's time to go. I haven't seen anything impressive from him yet. I actually would have sent him home during the pet store challenge for that blue pee pad dress.

Joshie has real issues regarding his mom's death, but it was clear that her birthday brought it all up, and I thought it was sweet when he called his dad. I do think he loves attention and the apology to Burt was just an attempt to bring all eyes on himself, not to apologize.

I think Burt is much more of a nasty customer. I was glad someone called him on his nasty murmurs to himself, though I dont believe for a minute anyone was offended by his vulgar language.

That said, who cares? The season has been lackluster and only a few creations caught my interest. The little black dress was adorable, but nothing new as others have said. What's really a drag is the uninteresting challenges, imo.
