"Newborns are brought to the theater frequently!"
Actually, that is not true. No children under 4 years old are permitted in Broadway houses. I was at the Eugene O'Neill once and a couple literally snuck a newborn in inside the mother's winter coat. When it was discovered, the house manager came and made them leave. Evidently, they couldn't find a sitter and they didn't want to miss the show because they had purchased the tickets well in advance. I don't know if the house manager refunded their money but he may have done them a favor either way. The show was Good Vibrations.
I bought 3 bottles of Ramona Singer Pinot Grigio today. The guy at the liquor store said it is flying off the shelves and he said it is recommended by the entire staff. He said it is delicious.
"Actually, that is not true."
Actually, it is. I work at a theater complex and that is what happens.
The no children under 4 rule is on paper, but isn't always enforced.
Ha, Bettyboy, you'll have to post your verdict. (I do wish she had called it Turtle Time.)
What's the price tag, BettyBoy?
It's a very affordable 13.99. If you go to her website it will tell you what stores in your area carry it. Ill have to uncork it for an episode. :)
Oh, bummer. It's not sold in stores in my state yet!
Bettyboy, where did you buy it?

Tip it!
She should send a case to Maggie Griffin.
As much as Alex gets on my nerves, Sonja was way out of line on last nights episode.
They'e all egomaniacs! The show has definitely gone to all of their heads and they are treated like real celebrities now. Just read that CNN hired Lisa Vanderpump from RHoBH to cover the royal wedding! So no real journalists or British actresses were available? (ET hired Jane Seymour- a legit star). Anyway, I do believe that Alex is causing more drama this year to get more in the limelight. I saw Sonja on Watch What Happens Live. She said we didn't know the back story and that they had filmed all day and only showed part of it. She also said she had committed to the event before she was even part of the show. I still think Silex keep pushing themselves into the high society and that's kinda funny to me! Oh, and that painting of Sonja was just terrtible and funny at the same time because it did make her look old. I also thought Alex should have left when Sonja asked her to. She just kept running her mouth and making a scene and it was Sonja's house! Seems like every time she's on now she's part of a fight and that all seems so contrived to me!
It was painful to watch the entire episode. Updated On: 4/15/11 at 01:11 PM
Sonja is an asshole.
I hated Sonja last night. Who the hell does she think she is? But I do think Alex should have left when Sonja told her to.
Alex might have not handled the situation well, but who would have? Sonja is as delusional as Kelly. And LuAnn dissappointed me by being on Sonja's side.
Glad that the audience stood by Alex by a 79% on "Watch What Happens", I'm team Alex all the way.
Sonja is trash, and as gays, we all should be insulted how she made our day "her day". It was effortless also to say "let him speak for 5 mins", and she didn't have the humility. She is just a whore with a big eg who married a rich man and took everything after.
I don't know what the guy she's dating sees in her. Yuck.
A hundred bucks on the nightstand after.
He's not all that either...lol. But yeah...she isn't that goodlooking, and not a good person either, which is worse.
Did y'all read the Gawker recap? Hilarious.
So far, this season.... Jill, Ramona and Kelly are the most sane! What is the world coming to!
I disagree, Alex is the only sane one. Ramona is crazy, crazy cool, but crazy after all.
Jill and LuAnn are mildly crazy too. Kelly needs an intervention and Sonja hit a new low on the last episode. Cindy is probably crazy too, but too early to judge.
Alex reminds me of that girl in high school who desperately wants to fit in with the popular crowd. To me, she's been a troublemaker since last season as she brings up subjects and gossip at the most inopportune times. Ramona also loves to be a troublemaker- especially when it comes to Jill. I just find her incredibly immature and a loud mouth! I wonder how embarrased her daughter is? Actually- it seems that all these women are jealous of each other! I know how a lot of people feel about Kelly but I haven't heard her name drop brand names- ie. when they had to paint with their feet and LuAnn said something about her Jimmy Choo shoes. Also, Kelly did go to Columbia so she's no slouch. Oh- and I find it funny that they all go to Morocco and ride camels- like they're trying to be Sex and the City- the difference is- the SATC women truly love each other and do not try to get each other's goats. They support each other and are classy! RHoNY will never be like that because they're all fighting for the limelight! And yet- I watch!
1. You have to remember that SO MUCH of what we see and perceive on this show is in the editing. So yes, we haven't seen so-and-so do this, but it doesn't mean they don't. And on that topic, it's surprising to me that this season, the editing seems to be working to make them ALL unlikeable; did Bravo miss the memo that you're supposed to have some kind of protagonist? If it stays this way, it's going to make the show sort of unwatchable, unless people start trying to pick a protagonist just based on who's the least awful. Which it seems like they're doing.
2. There are PLENTY of stupid, lazy people at Columbia, just like with any good school. Kelly having gone there means absolutely nothing. She also graduated from the school of General Studies, which means even less. They let anybody in. It's ambitious that she went back to school and all, but that doesn't make her bright.
Anyway, I think I'm still on team Alex. She may be acting out, but they all are, and she's doing it to call the others out on their bull**** and asinine behavior. Unfortunately she's making a mockery of herself doing so sometimes, but I find that I most often agree with her. Like, I thought Sonja's behavior in this week's episode was appalling, and I can't stand her. What a child. I think Alex having newly "found" her voice is making her behave in odd ways, but I think she has the soundest of intentions. I think it's kind of similar to Ramona, in that she means well most of the time but just has absolutely no clue how to behave. Except that she ends up being offensive. most of the time. But Alex was not wrong, I don't think, calling out Jill last season and Sonja this season.
